We got a couple drinks ordered and a CaBreezy panini started. I got myself an iced americano with sugar free vanilla and room for cream. My sister got a hot peppermint mocha. We chilled at the 2 big old chairs while our goodies were being prepared. My drink was so good! I did add a packet of Splenda and some cinnamon to my coffee, so tasty!! I appreciate that my americano wasn't watered down. I didn't get to try my sister's drink but she said it was really good! We did share the CaBreezy panini. It was delicious! It was balanced pesto, balsamic glaze and mozzarella. The tomato was fresh and ripe. The ciabatta was warm and crispy. I probably could have had another half but we are trying to save room for dinner. It was nice chillin here for a bit. Everything was great. From what I could tell, there were lots of options, and some specials - plus the barista said they have a few off-menu "secret" options. Service was quick, friendly. I enjoyed "shooting the breeze" with them for a sec. It was nice to reminisce about the area before Millcreek's development, as she and I were both native to the area. :) The ambiance of the shop was really comfortable, modern vibe, well-lit. When I go camping in the Colorado Rockies, I have my pop-up camper, a fishing pole by the truck and my french press on the counter. Yes... I take my french press, my 'The Bean Whole' coffee and grinder with me on my trip to the mountains. The Bean Whole coffee is bought by me and given as Christmas gifts to tons of people here in Colorado. It is one of my favorite things to drink that contains caffeine and keeps people around me safe. This man is my hero. He started roasting his coffee the old fashioned way (ask him, it's a funny story) and then started experimenting. It grew into a business that he works at part time, he is open on Saturdays from 8:30am-2pm. It's his passion, his shop is tiny, his smile is HUGE and he LOVES what he does. Go out and help a local man who knows what he's doing and doing it right! P.S. Try his cold brew, it'll change your life.

So over price ($15 bowl + $8 chicken plus tax) and lousy quality. They need to prep the food with more care and passion. Other than that, the restaurant is lovely.
