Absolutely terrible! The family and I stopped in today for a quick lunch and was immediately greeted with rude expressions. After setting down for awhile our server took our order and came back shortly afterwards with drinks that were warm and a chocolate milk that was just thrown together (not mixed at all). After 20 minutes our food arrived and it was indeed presentable but was very bland and not tasty whatsoever . Everyone working had terrible attitudes. Overall the restaurant is terrible. Tried to eat there today. Our first booth was broken no one told us, just let fall onto table. We moved. Ordered. They included unrequited mushrooms in wife's potatoes. The ham in mine had a "funny" taste. Foe our entertainment we then watched the roaches crawl on the counter as we smashed ants on our table and swat at the flies. Our last visit to Huddle House will be hard to forget. CAN NOT recommend this place to anyone. WILL NOT RETURN. One star is the lowest it will let you go. read more

The food menu looks amazing, but the food is barely edible, and the water tastes funny. The one bright spot was that the server was nice. The cook only walked in from outside smoking to cook our food and then was right back out like a dark, disturbed cloud. This Huddle House gives the feel of seedy greasy spoon. My little brother came along with me,and although he ordered somewhat of a different way that he wanted his breakfast prepared;they obliged him and did a very,very wonderful job in pleasing him. If you're looking for a dirty ass "restaurant" that will forget half of your takeout order, then say they will completely replace it when you have to drive back (since it was eggs over easy/bacon/hash browns and you can't really reheat that) and say it will be ready in 15 minutes, then make you wait around for an hour (though if you're really lucky like me, you'll get to see another unsatisfied customer storm out for not being served) only for the manager to randomly appear and say that now they're only going to replace what they originally forgot (leaving the other meal ice fucking cold) then this the place for you!!! read more

Huddle House being so similar to Waffle House and so close to my work place should be exciting. The food and set up is very much the same. Of course, Waffle House is far more busy than these guys, so if you're looking for a calmer Waffle House, this is the place. Unfortunately, for anyone who goes to this place more than once and doesn't dine in, you're left with this icky feeling that they just charge you whatever they feel like charging you. We had a take out menu here at the office that reflected their pricing. I made my order based on what I saw on the menu, but when I came to pick up my food, they charged me over 50% more than the menu stated each item should be. When confronted, they claim their prices hadn't changed. A month later, I brought in the menu when picking up my order. They told me they had never seen the menu before and that it's probably for another location. The silence was deafening when I showed them the address displayed on the menu was their's. But still, they wanted to charge me more, and the charge was actually a different amount than the last time I ordered the same thing. I have just returned from making the same order another month later. Once again, the pricing didn't match up with the old menu or the last two orders I made. I asked them for a take out menu before leaving. They said they don't have one and I can look up the menu online. Of course, the menu online does not display pricing for anything. Giving them 2 stars. While food and service is decent for what it is, I believe that a fundamental of any business is to have clear and established pricing. read more

OK HH is like Waffle House (WH)... and I like them both.. but after eating at both many times, I think I like the energy at WH and the food at HH. Does that make sense. The food (I always have breakfast) is always cooked correctly and in this case the service and food was very good. Friendly service and she kept the coffee coming. I had the smoked sausages and I wanted the well done.. they were and the eggs and hash browns were perfect. If you get the chance to stop at this location, you won't be disappointed. Was good in the old days but now the waiters hardly wait on you and are rude when you get up to ask for a drink but the cook is amazing.

My wife and I was had a craving she wanted something sweet and they have a great brownie a la mode so we drive down to get the absolute worst service I've ever had. The lady was rude as hell. To be fair, let me start out saying they were very busy and one of the waitresses was new. I have been in that situation myself as a customer service worker, so I completely understand how overwhelming it can be. HOWEVER, we reached our patience limit once we sat for 20 minutes at a dirty table and FOUR different waitresses just refused to speak to us. Once other tables came in and were getting waited on, we finally spoke up. (Yes they knew we were there, but apparently we had the new girl who was borderline panic attack and obviously didn't want to wait on us.) All 4 ladies would nod, or hold up a finger to wait, or whatever, but still nothing. Finally the girl came, no hello or greetings, just "What do u want to drink?" Now I do feel for her, but here's the thing that servers have got to understand. YOU WORK FOR TIPS, so if u have lost all sense of manners or friendliness or the slightest bit of enthusiasm, u may as well just leave. No one should ever be treated the way we were today. Unfortunately her team mates weren't very helpful to her, either, and had time to stand talking to each other while we patiently waited just to be acknowledged. Again, to be fair, once she got our order, the wait for food was decent, and the food was good. Maybe the kitchen had more teamwork than the wait staff. Unfortunately, after the rude way we were treated today, we probably won't be back, not that they care, lol. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Greg's, where their waitresses will put these ladies to shame. read more

This is my first visit to Huddle House. In my mind, I was thinking it was more of a fast food type of breakfast. I couldn't have been more wrong. Huddle House is like Waffle House's big brother. The food is cooked to order. The parking lot was full, which is typically a good sign. The dining room was packed and there were a few people waiting for a table. I was dining alone this morning, so I sat at the counter. It was interesting to watch the cooks make the breakfasts. There were several waitresses that were busy the entire time. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my breakfast, but it was no problem considering how busy they were and the fact that I can see the cooks making the meals right in front of me and they certainly were not wasting any time. My coffee was continually refilled while I waited. When my plate arrived, the food was fresh off the flat grill and still steaming. I'd like to see them keep the front cooking area a bit cleaner, but it certainly was not filthy in any way. I would have no problem recommending this place to others. read more

I began looking for the health score which was 74, at this point I told my family we were leaving. Thank goodness because the grill was disgusting as well.
