We had such a nice time at Railhead Station today. The Mexican Fiesta and Kings Club were both so good--full of flavor and fresh. The service was kind and the atmosphere felt easy and welcoming. We'll definitely be back !

Service is always amazing! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Ambiance is welcoming and on point with the theme. Food is always amazing, no matter what you order. Need something modified? No problem! Potato's or "Jackets" are always cooked to perfection, my go to meal.

Definitely a classic chophouse ambiance and decor. Our server, Eric, took absolutely the best care of us and was ever present without hovering (which is a true talent) but the food? Unreal. Perfect French onion soup, Chilean Sea Bass, center-cut Filet Mignon, an amazing bread plate and strawberry moscato was a delicious meal. After dinner coffee served with Banana's Foster Bread Pudding and a Raspberry Brownie for dessert. Everything was prepared to perfection.

The crust added just the right amount of texture without overpowering the quality of the steak. The white truffle mac and cheese was rich and indulgent, while the asparagus provided a fresh, lighter balance to the meal. I also ordered the smoked old fashioned, which was smooth, well-crafted, and paired beautifully with the steak. Bridgeman's focus on prime cuts and classic steakhouse offerings really shows in the execution. Service was polished and attentive from start to finish. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in consistently without being intrusive. Drinks arrived quickly, courses were paced well, and the entire experience felt professional and seamless. Located inside the historic Read House, Bridgeman's Chophouse delivers the upscale steakhouse atmosphere you hope for on a night out. The dining room feels elegant without being stuffy, with warm lighting, classic decor, and a refined energy that makes it equally suited for date nights, celebrations, or business dinners. The setting elevates the experience and makes the meal feel like an occasion.

Not real big but we made a reservation a day ahead. I loved the Appetizers - shrimp and jalapeños - crispy with a sauce kinda like bang bang shrimp, but better. Brother had a half wedge salad and loved it. The fried Brussels were very tasty with Parmesan cheese and bacon with a Balsamic drizzle. No bread served with the meal, but it wasn't missed. I ordered Blackened salmon with couscous. It was good, cooked properly, but when I tasted my sisters trout, I wished I had ordered it. Panko crusted with collard greens. It was the best. Crispy on the outside, tender on inside and not a real fishy taste. All had a bit of a balsamic juices had seeped into all from the collard greens, which was good but prefer more savory flavors. But enjoyed it immensely. The Roasted chicken was just okay with mashed potatoes. But the best thing of the evening was the apple bread pudding with salted Carmel Ice Cream (Not pictured). A great meal in the North Georgia Mountain area.

Our server made a good first impression, but after the apps were delivered things went south. First the cook of the two steaks were flipped, my Dad's was too rare for him to enjoy and mine , way overdone and too salty for any human to enjoy. I wasn't able to tell my server because she was no where near my table, too busy hugging one party that came in, and carrying a platter full of drinks past us, while leaving me without a beverage for 10 minutes after the food was delivered. Nobody checked with us to find out if our steaks were cooked properly. Towards the end of dinner , the server stopped by and asked if we needed a to go box. I complained to her about the steaks and told her I wasn't looking for any sort of comp, but did she get a manager to stop by and find out what was going on, no. No dessert menu was offered, simply a check to move us out the door. My Mom's meatloaf was spectacular though, but I haven't felt so unappreciated in a long time.

The beef was clearly ground in house and was a wonderful coarse grind. excellent. With the buns charred on the grill, it made an excellent light lunch without any sides needed. Added bonus for house brewed beer. Found the kolsch a tasty lunch treat. Warmish inside, and hot outside, sadly the views that day were shrouded in haze. The food, seating environment and view (or course) are really good. Pricing is on the higher end but fair for what you get. So 3 stars for that. The staff that greets and seats you--as well as our waitress--was unfriendly bordering on rude. Just weird. Our local friends state that there are a lot of out-of-state residents living nearby (especially California expats) and they're not well liked. That may be the case, but it appeared that everyone was treated shabbily. Kinda sours the experience. Lastly, there were a lot of flies. I counted 10 at one time near the entrance, kitchen and booth seating. You can see a few on the photo I attached. That really hurts the dining experience. This is a one and done for us.
