The restaurant was clean when we walked in with lots of booths to choose from. We were greeted right away. Sammy was so nice and helpful! She kept our drinks filled and checked on us often. I ordered the strawberry waffle which was messy looking but delicious!! My eggs were cooked to perfection and over medium is not easy to do! The turkey sausage was plump and flavorful. My tablemate loved his pattymelt and my daughter liked her chicken tenders. Mac & cheese with cheddar instead of Velveeta was rich and delicious, albeit a little soupy in presentation. Pickup order came with a burnt to a crisp order of onion rings. Store offered to remake them after I got home. No thanks. How about you issue a credit? Nope, can't do it. This was my first Huddle House experience and we enjoyed it. We took our granddaughters and they loved their waffles and eggs. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and the service is so incredibly friendly. I would have given it 4 stars if I wasn't a devoted WaHo fan. This Huddle House location is a very close second and we'll be back for certain now that we're relocating to Big Canoe! Nice to have a reasonably priced breakfast spot so close by! read more

Food was fine. Service was awful. Morgan was too worried about who ever was on her phone. She had her phone on speaker phone talking with someone. Took for ever for her to even take our order. It's similar to Waffle House, but this one is nicer than most I gather. Very friendly service, clientele seems to be a mix of locals and tourists. The waitstaff don't care; they're friendly to everyone. Our breakfast was delicious--properly cooked eggs, crisp bacon, etc.--and they even had clean bathrooms. This restaurant is consistently top notch. It's much better than any Waffle House we have ever been in, and that's saying a lot! Manager Sean is very conscientious and it is clear he really cares about the quality of the food and the service given each guest. The chicken fried steak is my personal favorite, but we have never had a bad meal at this HH. It is conveniently located next to the only grocery store in our area. My husband and I ate at the Marble Hill Huddle House after church on 11/13. This was our first experience at a Huddle House and it was a good experience. We both had breakfast bowls with eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage, potatoes topped with gravy. I had a side of hashbrowns. Mandy was our sweet server who provided wonderful service. Above average, but nothing stellar. This area doesn't have a whole lot of options as far as restaurants, and I think the local folks want to keep it that way. Marble Hill isn't some sort of booming metropolis, because frankly, people come here to visit to get away from that stuff. Big Canoe and the surroundings areas are meant to be a diversion from big chain stores and restaurants that you can have in your own city. That being said, with all of the visitors that end up at this Huddle House location, it really isn't much to write home about. Like most people, everyone has had "the other House" in the South, but I prefer the Huddle House because it offers a little more variety, with such things are fries. Yeah, they aren't Michelin-starred, but if you expect much more, then you are in the wrong building. It's simple, American food that is meant to tick a lot of boxes for a reasonable price, and it achieves that well. Like some other reviewers, there have been complaints about cleanliness and rude servers. It has been my experience that we've had good servers, and sat in a fairly clean booth every time we've visited. That being said, I can see why some other Yelpers would say such things, but this place doesn't really care. It caters to it's repeat customers that show up every day that ends in "Y". My wife and I were in Ball Ground Ga to visit my 88 year old father Sept 9th-15th. On 3 occasions we went to the Huddle House in Marble Hill for breakfast during our stay. The restaurant was clean and had a nice "homey" feel. Selections on the menu was very nice and service was great. The entire staff was friendly, attentive and seemed to enjoy being there. On two of our visits our waitress was Mindy who did an excellent job! We plan on visiting this restaurant on our next trip to Ball Ground. read more

This place was poorly operated in so many ways. The staff was not wearing any masks, and when I walked in, one of the servers commented to the other about my mask as I was coming to order. The number of people wearing a mask was few, but I didn't hear any more comments from that server after 3 others came in wearing a mask. The girl I placed a to go order with stated out loud that she didn't say "to go" as I watched others who came in after me place and take out orders. Apparently they had to remake the order, but she never said anything to me personally as to why the order was taking so long. I patiently waited and finally, after way too long, got the order. French fries were soggy. Burger was ok. And the buffalo chicken and shrimp was ok. Nothing to write home about. This will be the one and only time I go to this particular Huddle House. I would not recommend anyone eating here. Especially if you are trying to be covid safe. Tables also not clean and I personally watched one server wipe down a table, leaving traces of food from the previous customer. read more

Does not even try to comply with Covid 19 guidelines. As we walked in we noticed that not one employee had a mask on. There was no social distancing between tables. Waiting for service, we saw the menus picked up from customers and put in a space beside the juice dispenser, picked up handed to the new customers returned picked up handed to the next customers returned and not once were they wiped down. I was feeling more and more uncomfortable and wanted out as fast as we could. Our breakfast came out and was brought to the wrong table put down in front of other customers, they pointed out it was not their breakfast at which point the server pick the food up went around the back of the counter checked the computer and proceeded to bring the food directly to us. I'm sorry but they have no clue how dangerous their actions are. I would never ever go there again. read more

But remembered everything we asked for and brought refills without us having to ask! She didn't write down our orders when she took them, but still got all of the modifications we requested.
