We asked for the manager then she said they have a small grill that can only cook 6 patties at a time and that our waitress was new. Basically she should not have put a new waitress on our table alone knowing she was new 2 people should have been assigned to our table until she can do it alone. I also snagged one of their homemade oatmeal raisin cookies that's bigger than your whole hand. The cookie took up the entire to-go box. It was huge and delicious.
