More Bacon than I could imagine, perfectly crisp. Excellent Service, Outstanding Atmosphere without being noisy. Only drawbacks - I ordered the Eggs Over-easy; the Cook sent out Over-medium (easily fixed). Hashbrowns sat for a bit before being sent out so they weren't as warm as I would've liked. We got there around 11:30am on a Sunday. Usually that is asking for really long wait lines due to the timing of church-goers and regulars flooding places at the same time. I will say, we waited (party of 2) about 20-30mins tops. They are very efficient at getting people in and out. It is an old 2-pump gas station and mom&pop convenience store. The service was excellent! The food is great along with the selection. B we had breakfast items. My husband had the keithsburg omelet and it was yummy..he let me try it. I had eggs with bacon and a blueberry pancake. The pancake was fluffy with big blueberries! I ate it without tons of syrup. It really didn't need it in my opinion. Coffee was endless. Very good country cooking. Meat and two sides, and portions are ample. Service is exceptional and there are many regulars there. Be sure to come early if you want a good choice of sides since they sell out of favorites long before the 2 PM closing! Breakfast is great and they serve all day. Pretty solid local diner with hometown feel. The service was warm and friendly. It gets busy and there can be a wait; so be patient and put your name on the list for the next available table. We went for breakfast. Ordered the 'heart attack' and the French Toast along with an unsweetened tea and a coffee. The 'heart attack' was really good but the French Toast was two slices of sandwich bread dipped in an egg wash. Unremarkable. I had an enjoyable brunch with friends yesterday. 2-egg plate with country ham and a biscuit, with coffee. Good prices. The ham slice was large, and salty the way I prefer. The place is apparently very popular with locals as all the tables and the counter were occupied. I can't give a 5* as they ran out of grits (unforgiveable for a southern country place) and non-decaf coffee towards the end. read more

My new favorite meat & 3! The service is friendly and attentive. The FOOD is so good that I was morning through most of the meal. I wish I had their recipe for creamed corn... It has a down home atmosphere and I can't wait to take my friends there for breakfast or lunch. read more

Great place for breakfast. Been here twice now when I'm in the area and they haven't disappointed yet.

Small roadside cafe serving breakfast and lunch with southern specialties. No longer a local hangout as it was waiting room only when we arrived. Split a huge breakfast omelet and still couldn't finish all the food. Definitely order the corned beef hash! And, a slice of Hummingbird Pie. Dear me! This place was busy and always getting lots of Facebook posts. Service was terrible and the breakfasts were fairly average, all of the ingredients... eggs, bacon, sausage, all tasted store bought. Sausage gravy is maybe better than some but still not outstanding. Nothing special at all. The water from this place also tastes terrible. Glad we tried it, won't be back. This is our first time. The food is made to order. I order fried livers in turnip greens, macaroni salad. My mother-in-law order fresh shrimp, potato salad, and cabbage everything is delicious. The food is good; the portions are large. It was very crowded. Utensils are atrocious. "Charming" doesn't have to mean the cheapest forks ever. How to tell when your customers are cold: 1. We had a hot rod stop for breakfast Saturday morning. We had probably 30 people all converge on them at once. They knew we were coming but the efficiency of the 3 or 4 gals were on it! We've been in Georgia for less than a year and have been searching for a local cafe just like this. My wife suggested we try the Keithsburg Cafe after running some morning errands and it did not disappoint. We sat inside where its cozy with a welcoming vibe and great decor. The counter was busy so we were seated at a table. There is an outdoor patio option as well. Our server let us know about the breakfast omelette special which sounded wonderful. I got the special and the wife got a veggie omelette. The smoked sausage in my omelette was outstanding and we both finished our plates. We loved it and the price was reasonable. This is the epitome of a charming country breakfast joint!! They serve lunch too but we personally went for breakfast. With all of the growth and development taking place in Cherokee County, I hope this place never changes! The restaurant is small but the service is quick and friendly! I had the veggie omelette with cheese and it was absolutely delicious!!! The homemade biscuit was chefs kiss! They have a system in place in which you write your name on a clipboard upon arrival and wait for your table. We were a party of 4 and didn't have to wait long at all. They offered us coffee, water, tea etc while we waited which was a nice touch of southern hospitality. An outdoor patio is also available for additional seating. Adding this to our list of places to bring our out of town guests when they visit next. Love the quaint country charm, patriotic vibe, and friendly staff. read more

I really hate to be one of the lone poor reviews, but we must've been on an off day... My husband and I went for a late (10:15) breakfast one day and after a brief wait we took our seats. He ordered coffee and please know - he's a wildly positive person and hates to criticize anything - but he took a sip and said "Oh, god, this is the weakest coffee I've ever tasted...!" As a latte junkie, I had to find out what he meant and "weak" was the perfect word. Another review commented that it tasted like it was made with old grounds and that's definitely an accurate description. It was hot water with a little bit of a coffee taste. I got a sausage & cheese biscuit with pimento cheese grits and my husband had a SEC biscuit with gravy. I was sad to take a bite of my biscuit and find that it tasted like the microwaveable ones in the gingham box. The appearance of the biscuit didn't look homemade or fresh and the sausage didn't taste freshly cooked either. I'm a fiend for breakfast food but that includes Waffle House, so it pains me have negative feelings about this. While the texture of the grits was impeccable, they really didn't taste like pimento cheese so much as cheese. My husband initially liked his biscuit but I think it was all the gravy. When he got to the sandwich part, he could understand what I was saying about mine. It could be unrelated but he was sick to his stomach when we got home. The place looks adorable and very much like some place that would serve a killer breakfast. I loved all the wood and the rustic decor (except for the giant taxidermy snake). A cowboy cafe in the heart of Canton- that loves their local customers. This quaint cafe offers up only breakfast and lunch options but it well worth meals they do offer. Let's start with breakfast if you go try the hash browns and ask for them crispy. They are big, beautiful and golden brown. Your eggs can be fixed the way you like them. The biscuits are as soft as a fluffy cloud , when you add the sausage gravy you'll think you're in heaven. The food here is delicious no matter what you order. The staff is very kind and welcoming, with wonderful smiles inviting you in. Lastly the coffee hot and some of the best I've ever had Thank you for my ( one) hash brown (I ordered two) and egg over easy. Small place that seems to pack them in honoring our service men and woman. A great breakfast that is not overpriced with eggs cooked just the way you asked. Just a good simple breakfast that tastes great, non of that fancy stuff. My biggest mistake was not ordering a biscuit after I tried my wife's. Definitely did not need any butter or jelly the only thing better would be to get the gravy on it. Will have to give that a go next time. Pancakes looked great along with their omelette's. Big mistake going on a Saturday for lunch. We had been there for breakfast last month and decided to go back to try lunch and dessert. We ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and pinto beans and were promptly told that hot sides weren't sold on Saturdays. Our only choices were the cold macaroni salad, coleslaw or potato salad. None of which we wanted. So we had to go ahead and order the macaroni salad and potato salad. The macaroni salad was not edible. It didn't have mayonnaise in it and I was just eating bites of macaroni noodles. So we gave up on the sides and just ate our small piece of country fried steak. Then we tried ordering the strawberry cake and was told they didn't have any. Then we tried ordering the peanut butter pie and she said they didn't even sell that. She recommended we come in on a Thursday when the cakes come in. Why would they have been out of all desserts except poundcake on a Saturday morning? We left hungry and had to go home and eat after paying $25.00 for 2 small pieces of country fried steak. I would not go back to this establishment. I felt sorry for the server who just kept telling us no. The table next to us came in and tried to order the country meals and was told the same thing. They ended up just ordering a hamburger and french fries which you can get anywhere. Not sure I understand their Saturday concept. If they can make hot sides every other day of the week, why not on Saturdays? Waste of our money and time. read more

Can be easily missed from the main road. They have plenty of gravel parking. The cafe is tiny, but clean. There's ample seating inside, but space is a bit tight. Huge portions and great food. The outdoor seating is close to a busy road so that that into account. Responsive wait staff too!

We found this little place because of Yelp as we were staying in this community for a couple of days and I have to say I am so glad!!! We had breakfast: omelette, biscuits, gravy and delicious grits and everything was delicious...it was so good we ate there the next morning too!
