Went in for an oil change, car was finished and they let us sit there for over an hour. These people do not care about your time.

A company vehicle was brought in for a Toyota recall, and while there, we requested an oil change as well. Before any non-recall work was authorized, it was explicitly explained that they needed to call our fleet department to verify coverage for the oil change. This is standard procedure and has been handled smoothly at other Toyota locations. Assistant Service Manager Michael Ford acknowledged this and agreed to make the call. Fast forward to pickup day, and we were suddenly presented with a bill we should not have been responsible for. When asked whether he had called the number provided, Michael's tone and attitude were completely different from our first interaction. Instead of taking accountability, he replied, "We don't call. You brought your car to us, right?"--a response that directly contradicted the clear instructions given beforehand. The lack of integrity, accountability, and professionalism from Michael Ford is honestly baffling for someone in a management role. We even left a voicemail for the GM of Service, and unsurprisingly, have yet to receive a return call. Based on this experience, we will not be doing business with this dealership again.

Recently I had ordered a 25 Tundra platinum hybrid max with a 6.5ft bed. Nelson was my salesperson and he was fantastic. From the moment the truck got to the dealership he was in contact with me and worked around my work schedule to get in there and get the paperwork taken care of. They made all the paperwork and bank info an absolute breeze. When I got there the truck was detailed in the bay ready to go and within 40 minutes all the paperwork was done. Nelson personally took me out to the truck and went through every button and option in the truck, helped set up the Toyota Connect, and made sure that I was totally satisfied and understood everything about the truck before I left the lot. The level of service from this dealer and Nelson is impeccable and I highly recommend them. Mario the GM at Newburgh Toyota shows the level of professionalism in running a dealership that I feel always puts the customer first and goes out of their way to help you. Also when I go there for service I highly recommend Steve Conrad. He is all I ever work with and likewise with everyone else his knowledge of cars and years of loyalty to Toyota show in how he treats and helps his customers. Every step of the way whether it be service, sales, or parts this is the only Toyota dealership that you should be going to.

But recently is where their mechanics really shined. I had been experiencing an annoying rattle from my car for months. After no more than 20 minutes the mechanic was able to pin point the rattle, which was a poorly designed heat shield/air deflector that was located in the driveshaft tunnel on the passenger side, right by the drive shaft. The mechanic was able to find it solely on discoloration on the driveshaft caused by this part. I was showed the culprit by my service advisor and the solution explained to me by the mechanic. Thanks to their mechanic and the wonderful service and attention I receive at this dealership I have been able to once again enjoy every drive in my Stinger. And with Healey Kia's help I plan to have many more happy miles behind the wheel of my Stinger!

Pattern of poor communication and broken promises - avoid this dealership…read more Over two weeks, I tried to purchase two Certified Kia Tellurides from Healey Kia. * The first time, we agreed on price but the salesperson stopped responding entirely, and the car was sold without notice. * The second time, the sales manager confirmed over the phone that the car would be held overnight while I finalized insurance. They promised to extend the hold once insurance was added the next morning. Instead, I woke up to an email stating the car had been sold overnight. This pattern shows a lack of integrity and respect for customers' time. I had insurance, trade-in, and financing arrangements ready. If you expect a dealer to honor their word, look elsewhere.

The team at Thruway is incredibly honest and easy to work with, and they never pressure you into buying extra parts or services. A quick tip for other customers: don't be afraid to ask to see the parts that need repair. It only takes a few minutes and ensures complete transparency. Are they perfect? No, they are human, but overall they are stellar. For me, they could do a better job of making sure the oil change decal is on the car and they could do a better job with topping off fluids as a simple courtesy, such as brake fluid or coolant.. Special thanks to the front desk ladies, the manager running the show, and the hardworking mechanics turning the wrenches. Take care of your techs, and they will take care of your car. In October, I purchased four brand new tires, along with new brakes, for my vehicle…read more I scheduled a service appointment with Thruway Nissan for December, specifically to address a check engine light. On the morning of my appointment, my tire pressure warning light also illuminated, and I requested that the tires be checked as an additional concern. During the visit, I was informed that I needed two new tires because one was allegedly bald. This assertion made no sense, as the tires had been purchased less than two months earlier. After I questioned this finding with the service manager, he later contacted me and claimed that my new tires were actually on my sister's vehicle, stating that he personally had driven to her home and seen the tires on her car. This accusation strongly implied that my sister and I had switched tires, which is completely false, offensive, and unprofessional. My sister then spoke directly with him and provided proof that she purchased her own four brand new tires in May from a tire company. The service manager had his cashier call while my sister was on the phone to confirm the purchase to Nissan's Service Department. The tire company confirmed, conclusively disproving the accusation. Immediately following this call, my sister contacted Nissan Corporate Consumer Affairs, and a case was opened. Despite Nissan Corporate being placed on notice, no corrective action was taken, no meaningful follow-up occurred, and the dealership's conduct was allowed to continue unaddressed. My vehicle was returned to me 1 1/2 weeks later. The dealership represented that four new tires had been installed on my vehicle prior to its return. However, just two weeks after picking up my car, my tire pressure warning light illuminated again. Given the prior false accusations, contradictory statements, lack of transparency, and the significant cost of the work involved, this has caused me to seriously question whether the work they claim to have performed was done correctly--or at all. Because I also purchased new brakes, and a bunch of other services they stated I needed, and the total cost of work and parts purchased during the 2 visits was almost $5,000, I am now deeply concerned about whether these critical safety and performance components were properly installed, inspected, or even installed at all. This entire situation has caused significant emotional distress. I have not been sleeping well, as I rely on this vehicle for work and to transport my elderly mother. The possibility that essential safety components may not have been properly installed or accurately represented, especially after spending almost $5,000, is extremely troubling.

I know what bad service looks like because I drive past a couple dealerships to come to you guys. I even make peace with the drive because I believe that the closest dealership isn't always the best. I have been to your location numerous times and I also purchased a service plan to show my commitment to come to this facility. I will speak on my most recent experience and how it has failed. Not long ago I came to you guys for an oil change which was part of the service plan (that I bought from you guys) and found out from a crappy dealership which was next to my house that you guys didn't even top off my fluids. When I called back I was told that you guys only do that when a person is aware and or asks because of the cost of the coolant. That's unsatisfactory. What person would knowingly neglect their cars cooling system to save money? And why would you send them out with a car that has potential to overheat and cause more problems? So I came to the dealership near me they topped off my fluids then I came back to you guys because I have the service plan and I'm supposed to get a discount, again going past a couple dealerships to get to you to fix a problem of my car overheating as an example. Even with AI/Chat GPT, troubleshooting can be done on the vehicle and tell you that it was more than just a coolant flush, that's what you guys told me it was and sent me on my way. Not even a month later now my entire cooling system has been stressed and failed and I have a $3,500 bill because you guys did not pay attention and exercise any type of troubleshooting standard. Instead of trying to understand the problem you guys thought, oh, let's throw a fix at the problem. So within the last month two visits I have spent $4,100 and you guys did not give me a ride home from dropping off my vehicle, you guys have not offered to pick me up to pick up my vehicle. I have worked in maintenance management here's what I can tell you, we have a Fix-It once within 30 days policy. If someone comes back within that 30 days we look as it to be our problem we don't point fingers, or place blame, we don't look for the additional revenue of a return customer. This also shows a lack of scheduling because the more vehicles that come to you, the busier you guys are and the longer it takes for you to get vehicles fixed. If you can fix it right the first time, then then you prevent return visits adding to a workload. You have to stop the repeat visits, you have to have the courage to look the customer in the eye and talk to them about the visits, especially when we are talking the same cooling system in my case which as I told you guys the very first time with the numerous problems that I had should be addressed. You guys chose not to offer any kind of discount when your troubleshooting has failed and you guys think that all customers have their understanding of customer service, maintenance management and will keep showing up to spend money and waste their time, and couldn't offer me help in transportation, even to pick up my vehicle with your shuttle ride. If a guy spends 4,000 at your dealership and you can't even give him a ride on your shuttle to the dealership, then I don't even know how much else I need to explain in this review. You have no management plan about offering loaner cars, I would advise anyone that would listen to me to avoid your dealership. This is not a Cadillac dealership this is a Yugo dealership. I see nothing but crappy service and this has been multiple visits now.

This was discovered within the dealer 1000mi warranty. The service manager tried to down play the damage, basically said that it was a possibility the "Owners" would not cover it after showing him a picture of it. Literally a 50 percent restriction on one of the two exhaust down pipes... The way it was approached before having a tech look at it made me lose my cool. My thing is, just be neutral until it was looked at by a tech. I couldn't believe what they were trying to tell me. They said the car was inspected which it clearly was not. They took the car to get detailed for 1.5hrs while doing the inspection. Car was never washed, vacuumed or detailed before purchase, same condition as test drive. Brake pads were shot once heated and driving on highway conditions. Couldn't feel how warped the rotors were and how low the pads were at a slower speed directed test drive. Pads and warped rotors changed first week of ownership. $1400.00 after purchase ... Damn. Finally, I'm heard and allowed to bring the car in to get fixed under the warranty. I dropped the car off on a Monday and followed up later in the day with the service advisor. The service advisor says "Yeah, it's going to be 4 Grand, needs a new exhaust system". I say "ok, it's still under warranty.... " This is where the panic set in, you just admitted I need a new exhaust system. The service advisor then says that he needs to call me back, he needed to speak with dispatch. After never receiving a call back from the service advisor, I decide to call. This dude ducked me and ran me by in circles with no plan for another day. Finally I get a hold of him and he says they are going to fix it! QUESTIONS???? Fix as in replace? No, we are going to try to salvage the exhaust system. Basically heat the metal, hammer and mold. The next day I asked to be directed back to the service/sales manager, Todd to get a response on how they were going to fix the exhaust. Sooo, I find it weird that they were quick to bill me "4 Grand" but when the repair cost was on them, all of a sudden they can fix it. I made note to bring this up to the sales manager because he's behind the whole thing. That's a shady business practices, you tell me!!! The car is fixed after dealing with a whole dealership of dishonest scammers. Crazy, we were best friends when I was buying the car. A week later I bring up a legitimate complaint and they tried to PLAY ME and charge me $4000.00 I love the car and the mileage but out of principle, I would've continued on my car search and completely bypassed this dealer had I known this was what they're about. I do not recommend this place! No Thank you Brianna! Save your generic ass sympathy. You can't treat people like this without repercussions. Unless you want me to contact you so we can discuss the cost of new brakes 3 days into ownership, I'm good.
