Everyone at the office is warm, efficient and highly professional. The hygienist immediately put me at ease (even under the more challenging circumstances related to Covid) and did an excellent cleaning. Dr. Richard Ross did the examination after the cleaning and answered my questions and was very knowledgable and reassuring. The entire process was painless. I intend to return and to schedule appointments for my children. Highly recommend this practice.

When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists. His dental hygienist Michelle is awesome, thorough, detail oriented and really gets my mouth super clean. Dr Cingel himself is straight up AWESOME! Not only did he help me get my mouth back into shape, he also did an incredible job fixing a cosmetic issue on my front tooth making it look better than it ever looked before. Never hit a call back over a month's time. Tried once more and someone (I am assuming it was actually the dentist) answered. I told her I was a new patient and once she found out my insurance she told me she was at capacity with "state insurance." She wasn't unfriendly, but she wasn't friendly. I explained she was my assigned dentist and she didn't seem to care. Just told me good luck. After calling my insurance, they told me that she shouldn't be at capacity because I was assigned her and was part of her patient list already. They recommended I call her back. Once I did, she was extremely rude. Told me she didn't know who I talked to but that they needed to take her off their list because she was done taking "these types." She ranted for a moment, laughing. It was condescending and extremely classist and rude. I wanted to say something to her, but I figured it was somehow in my best interest that she wasn't going to be my dentist. Hopefully her dentistry is better than her people skills!

I didn't have the confidence in her to touch me. She recommended an Oral surgeon which I gladly accepted. People have diffferent pain tolerances and she was nice but just didn't get it!
