Very clean and quiet facility which is nice. The front desk guy who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I was brought back super quick and the medical assistant was very friendly also. I sent a message the owner Eric Schweiger as well as Laura Fink, Chief Marketing Officer regarding the billing team mishandling my bills, telling me that I am collections when I am not as well as having multiple office visits for an issue that never got resolved that another Provider was able to remedy in one visit doing the same intervention. It does not appear that they are interested in how staff conducts themselves or how a provider performs in the practice. This concerns me as a patient but then again, the office manager did make it clear to me that she "didn't understand why I continue to schedule with them when I have so many issues". I would be very very cautious scheduling with Schweiger. One: Their billing team has mishandled every single claim. Two: They have two Providers in Monroe that perform incorrect interventions or don't do them properly. Three: You can never get in contact with an actual person when you have an issue. read more

Went here on Thursday April 17th 2025 for my annual appointment with Dr. Amy Adams. Was easy to find parking, and easy walk to the office. Checked in, and pleasant clerk that checked me in. Didn't wait long at all, and went in the office and to the back straightaway. Nurse was pleasant- again told me to take off my socks, but i kept them on because I can be easily cold. Took off all my clothes except my underwear, and socks. Was given a paper gown, which may not be the greatest as far as comfort, but this visit i felt it was a little more comfortable. Exam was quick, doctor was pleasant, and only moved the gown of the parts she examined. For example, she looked at my chest, covered one side, and uncovered the other, and tucking it in the gown after was done. Kudos for respecting modesty here, and what the patient wants to do. for example, i have vitago, and can get a prescription for it, but didn't want it because I have a weird shower routine sometimes. Dr. Amy Adams respected my decision on that, and of course respected my modesty. i got dressed, made an appointment for next year, Then went on my merry way. Oh and side note: I was away and kept getting referral messages from this office, and well 1, my doctor was slow(not to mention seemed to not want to write me a referral at first) , and sent the referral very last minute, and 2, they did mess up and say they needed a referal after they recieved it. However, in the message they did apologize, and the insurance was checked at check in. read more

Can't say anything bad about this place. I had an appointment and was promptly seen by a dermatologist specialist quickly. Doctor was professional and courteous with my questions while explaining treatment options for my issue. I'd certainly stop in again. read more

1st visit... Dr fink seem very knowledgeable, and thorough !! so far so good.. The office was very clean and took me right in at my appointment time. The front staff could smile a little bit more. read more

Went here recently on March 28th 2024 for my annual once a year skin exam with Amy Adams. Office was very nice, and always seem to encounter friendly people here. At first though, I went to a dermatologist here with Dr. Avi i believe, and he yelled at me for having vitago and telling me that it is cancer. (which 2 stars for that, because it is treatable, and not entirely my fault about getting a skin disease..)) Then i started going to dawn, who was better and corrected the other doctor, in which she said that it is not cancer and it is treatable with cream, if one wants to use it. Dawn and Amy in my experience listen to their patients and their wants. Also my annual is comfortable, because the doctor removes then covers up when done examining the part. Don't really like that i was told to take my socks off by the nurse because it is a bit cold in the room, but learned from the doctor that some patients keep the socks on until it is time to look at the feet. Some people are cold insensitive. Anyways, made my appointment for next year, so will be back then. I wish I could give them less than one star. Medical treatment was substandard. The physician dismissed a large cyst on my husband's neck as being minor, not requiring treatment, and sent us home for a year. Within a couple of months, the cyst became severely infected and we had to take my husband to a surgeon at a different practice. Then, Schweiger got the billing wrong, they didn't beill our insurance carriers correctly. We called them multiple times. You can't call their billing office, it takes over ONE HOUR on each call till they answer and every single time they took down the accurate information and promised to bill our insurance correctly and after several months, we never got another bill. After ONE YEAR, they sent a co-pay that they didn't bill correctly to a collections agency and we were forced to pay an amount that was not our responsiblity. Now our other insurance won't cover the co-pay because the office visit was over one year ago so we're out the monty. NONE of our other doctors offices have a problem billing out insurance, these people are incompetent idiots and then they send your bill to a sleazy collection agency. SHAME on them. read more

I went to Schweiger Dermatology in May for a problem with my skin. I walked into the office and there is a nasty person in the front to check you in. The medical assistant called me in never asked me if I have any allergies to medicine, surgey, or any medical problem. The physician's assistant comes in looks at my skin tells me there is nothing she can do for me and tells me I have a rear disease and nothing will help me. She left the room and went back to gossiping. I went to another dermatologist and my skin was cleared up. She should have taken a little time to look at my condition, but was more interested in talking about others. I would never waste my time to go here again. read more

Dawn Barilli, PA of Schweiger Dermatology has been my provider for many years. Dawn is a wonderful, caring person as well as being very competent & knowledgeable in her field. Dawn picked up on a very tiny skin abnormality which she biopsied. As it turned out to be a baseline melanoma. Thus, she saved my life Over the years she has also identified other types of skin cancers which needed to be removed. I am fair skinned and susceptible to the suns rays. I am truly grateful to Dawn and the staff and have always had great care at Schweiger. I get a skin check 4 times a year and I continue to trust Dawns expertise! I highly recommend her with a 5 star plus! read more

I wasn't sure what to expect after Schweiger purchased Orange Dermatology but after I recently visited I was pleasantly surprised. The office had a renovation and is sparking clean. I was greeted with smiles at check-in. My provider was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Called at 9 to get a refilled and they said it was sent in. At 2 it was not sent in I asked for a call at 445 they said they couldn't do it. The phone service is the worst. They have you call a main office and you literally get rerouted ten times and put on hold. Went to ORange dermatology for years but this place is awful there is no customer service. Last time I made an appointment they cancelled the last minute with no follow up call. Absolutely terrible Time to get all my records and head elsewhere. read more
