Even after learning of our experience, and knowing that we were without our family car due to his shop's obvious negligence, the owner then refused to cover the costs following his insurance carrier's denial of his claim. And his insurance company just told me that he did not have active coverage because he has been failing to make regular payments. That forced us to involve our own insurance in order to cover the $15k-plus worth of work. We just got it back, nearly a month after it broke down.

What stood out most is that I was not a customer and, living across the country, realistically had no chance of becoming one. Amanda still went out of her way to help simply because she could. That says a lot about her character and the way Croton treats people. However, I paid $18 for a wash that included a Tire Shine but when I got home the tires were NOT done. They were clean, but not shiny. It was my fault because I should have gotten out of the car to insure that I got what I paid for. So if you pay $18 make sure you get out of your car and inspect the tires. One important note the Vacuums outside when you Exit the wash are not working and I heard they will be moved to the front where you Enter the car wash because it is a large area for cars to move around. All and all, this is a great car wash. They do NOT do the inside of your car, only exterior.
