When we walked in the door she should have said, hello I don't have anyone to help you but I could ask someone to call you. We looked a few sample books, but the young gal couldn't answer a question. As a business owner you should at least train your staff on the types of blinds and how to price them. IT isn't rocket science, to give a ball park figure on someone's measurements. I understand that the business would want to measure the window's themselves but at least someone could go to the price book, look at the on factor and price the blinds according to the customers sizes. We left and went somewhere else.

I purchased my laminate flooring from this company with install. From the first week I've had…read morenothing but problems. Cracking, peeling, chipping, warping, etc. They came out 3-5 times to see the issue (store owner) and even brought a rep from the company that distributes the flooring. After he was here I was fully refunded in 2 days!!! The issues are more than I can explain but by refunding me they were able to walk away. I spoke today with a rep from a 5 star rated company who explained why the floor is getting so damaged (over tile). It was completely installed wrong!!! Also, I was reassured a wheelchair would have no problem, an 18 wheeler could go across this Cadillac of floors and not damage it!! Total lie! I'm stuck with a crappy floor because to redo it now I would have to have this floor removed plus the tile underneath. Disgusted, mad, frustrated, and so disappointed. It would cost over $20,000 to have it all replace. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The Somfy Roller Shades are really nice when you can get them to work. The previous owner did not have the remote control, so we had no way to raise or lower the roller shades. We found it to be very difficult to work with Somfy customer service over the phone to set up the Tahoma app, so we were planning on removing the shades all together. We attended a local St. George, Utah Home Show where I found the solution to our Somfy roller shades problem. We found the local BLOOMIN' BLINDS booth at the home show and we met Chase Jensen, owner. Chase came to our home and resolved the problem with the roller blinds. He got us a stand-alone remote control and installed the Tahoma app on both of our smart phones. Dreamhouse has a large selection of fabric to choose from. I also like how the casettes were all fabric wrapped. We had both motorized and manual shades installed. Both work great, but wish we could have splurge to have all the shades motorized.
