It has been about a month since we had our roller shades installed by Dreamhouse and we could not be happier. We chose light filtering shades so that the room remains lit with natural light while blocking the harsh sun rays. They complement our home beautifully and work wonderfully. Dreamhouse has a large selection of fabric to choose from. I also like how the casettes were all fabric wrapped. We had both motorized and manual shades installed. Both work great, but wish we could have splurge to have all the shades motorized. They were also kind enough to come out to fix some of our other roller shades that were installed by another company for our other home. Dreamhouse LLC We had 3 companies come out to bid for our window coverings. Aaron from Dreamhouse came out, he was knowledgeable and practical, which I appreciated. All 3 bids were roughly the same price, so we chose based on service, and Aaron/Dreamhouse was the best. He came and did the final measurements and was very upfront that it would take 4-6 weeks, realistically 6 weeks. He was right, it was a long 6 weeks, as we were excited to get the whole house done. Joaquin, the master installer and his son Joaquin Jr installed our blinds. Joaquin is a perfectionist, and works to make everything just right. The guys worked well together, and were very respectful and professional. Ask for Joaquin to install your blinds! After searching for a shade company for months for our home, I finally interviewed 4 companies and Dreamhouse was the only company that offered shades at a price that was not only much lower than other companies but fit my price range and budget. We could not be more satisfied! Of course they hit all the 5 stars for the key factors: - quality - price - service - timeliness - communication But where these guys stand out is the level of care. Aaron came to my house, measured my sliding glass doors in my living room and bedroom and promised a quote a few days later for drapes, sheers, and possible shades. That was almost 2 weeks ago and no word. I texted a thank you for coming by soon after our appointment with no response. I emailed a request for a follow up and quote a few days ago. I called as well and still no response at all. When my husband and I met Aaron for the initial visit, he seemed very pleasant but not very knowledgeable about window coverings / traverse rods for larger windows and pinch pleated drapes were terms I brought up. I shopped 3 places for this, was going to simply go with the cheapest, but the owner came to my home, nice family man, price was normal and no pressure to buy. I did my while house with 90/10 black since it gets 12 hrs of sun on the besrooms and living room. Its 10 degrees cooler, i dont even close my curtains anymore. Its like being in the shade. I put my hand to window, no heat. They called me the day before and 9 windows took an hour. I recommended to 3 of my friends. They feel the same. I was dumb not to have done this on day 1 on moving here. I do always tint the windows, but this is far superior, dont waste money tinting. It costs the same too. read more

We were only going to get 2-3 quotes and pick one. I actually requested a quote from another company on yelp, but yelp sends that to a few other companies as well and Dreamhouse was one of them. I didn't even pay them much mind at first because they had no reviews on yelp. Brent was the first person to call me after submitting the "request quote" on Yelp. As a business owner myself, I gave him extra brownie points for being the first to contact me. That landed them on our list to get quotes from. We ended up getting 5 different quotes. (I know, it was a lot) But each one brought different insights and products. Aaron did the presentation and was very thorough. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, listened to what we were looking for and addressed all of our concerns. My wife is hard to please with big purchases and she was so pleased with Aaron. As was I. After getting all of our quotes, we kept going back to Dreamhouse. Even though a couple of other companies had the same product, they had the best price, warranty and we felt that Brent and Aaron truly cared. During Install, Joaquin came by and went to work. Joaquin was very nice and got them in. Brent came by to check on the install. With new builds, sometimes the "frame" isn't even/ level/ etc, so there was a small gap near the top of each blind. Brent and Joaquin made the necessary adjustments and made it look perfect! Dreamhouse has been a dream to work with. The amount of care and attention to detail these guys provide is unmatched.
