    Brian is the BEST!!! All I wanted was Hunter Douglas NewStyle shutters with smooth frames matches with my baseboards before Christmas and he did it ! He is honest, very professional, very best price, friendly, meticulous, very fast installer yet very careful. I had 11 windows wanted shutters and he finished in less than 3 hours. Brian/ Shutter Brothers is highly recommended. Thank you so much for such a wonderful job, Brian!!!

    I would highly recommend using Shutters Brothers. Brian was very professional. Fairly priced. And extremely fast in delivering and installing our shades. We ordered 7 window shades and thought it will take a long time to install. Nope. It took 45 minutes for all windows to be covered. Thank you so much for the business. We are looking forward for ordering more shades.

    Brian is very personable, picks up his phone immediately, returns text messages promptly and most importantly, the quality of this installation and product selection beat out several other bids that I received. Save yourself days of research and go with Brian's Shutter Brothers here in Skye Canyon. I would highly recommend him--excellent service and quality craftsmanship!

    My overall experience with Brian the owner and this company has been great. Since I can't give 4.5 stars I'm giving this review 5. I always wait awhile after doing business with a company before writing a post to give the most objective and complete feedback so the excitement or disappointment in a new purchase has time to wear off and the quality of a product or experience can be better judged. I purchased Exus Premium Faux Wood shutters for my first floor in August and they were installed in October. It was a long wait and there were some issues with the way in which the order was placed with the manufacturer which Brian apologized for and ended up giving me an additional discount on the shutters to show his desire to make things right. This says a lot about a company. Brian arrived on time to my consultation for an estimate, he provided good education about the shutter industry, the different shutter options and manufacturers he can use, and some pros and cons about going with one brand over another. There may be some bias in what he recommends based on his experience and costs though. Brian was very meticulous when he installed the shutters and he pays attention to details. I wasn't home when he installed the shutters but my wife was and Brian gave her some feedback on some small cosmetic items he wanted me to see in case I wanted to have them addressed. That was appreciated. A few days after the shutters were installed I noticed a slightly dark spot on the underside of one of the louvers that was annoying so I called Brian to come take a look. He came out a few days later and we agreed this was worth having the louver replaced under warranty. He said it would be no problem and ordered the replacement. I trust that if I have any additional warranty concerns they will get addressed. My only constructive criticism is that during the time between order and installation, I felt I was the one having to call and text to get updates on the status of the order. I would recommend Brian figure out a way to be proactive about this instead of reactive, possibly even automating this in some way. It would go a long way on the customer experience side. So far I'm very happy with the shutters and I ordered more for upstairs if that says anything.

    Shutter Brothers was amazing! We moved to a new house at the beginning of COVID and realized we needed blinds after the fact. The summer hit and we tried everywhere to find a good solution quickly. Every place we looked had poor service, minimal design options and they were high priced. Shutter Brothers came to the rescue. They gave us plenty of options and amazing service from beginning to end. Shutter Brothers gave us the exact solution we wanted from a design perspective, lower prices, and the service was impeccable. Lastly, we got our blinds installed faster than anybody else quoted. I 100% recommend Shutter Brothers to anybody looking for blinds or shutters.

    Just had my shutters and Honeycomb shade installed and all I have to say is WOW! I am extremely pleased. Even when I was extremely Impatient due to circumstances out of Brian's control he was very pleasant and attentive to my follow ups. I highly recommend Shutter Brothers for all your window treatment needs.

    Aright... So after having 4 contractors come in to my home to try and rip me off on automatic rolling blinds I was two seconds away from just doing the damn thing myself and hoping for the best. In come shutter brothers. I call the guy and he schedules an appointment with me for a quote. He arrived on time and was extremely Professional. I explained my situation and that he was the 5th guy to come in and give me a quote. He told me not to worry about the price. To my delight he was about the price. He was 45% CHEAPER than the lowest quote I had recieved for the same system! Deposit paid, about 5 weeks later (a delay in shipping at the time due to covid) he came in and installed everything perfectly and then patiently ran me on a crash course on how to used the entire automated system. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could!

    I had four contractors came out to do the estimate on Hunter Douglas SILHOUETTE throughout my entire new home, Brian's quote was significantly lower than his competitors. Brian is not pushy to sell anything but takes time and patiently explains different products to us so that we can make the best choice based on our need. Once I put down my 50% deposit, Brian kept me in the loop on when the blinds will be delivered and installed. Upon installation day, Brian worked very efficiently and made sure he brough all the trashes out afterwards. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and makes sure that things are done as accurate and neat as possible. We are extremely happy with the product and his workmanship. I would give him a 10-star if possible!

    Hey everyone, my family and I had Brian with Shutter Brothers do our shutters in our new home a few months back. Life's been crazy so my review is a bit overdue. We really love the work Brian did for us. He has great high quality Hunter Douglas products to choose from. The products are easy and fun to look through in his many swatch books. There's something for everyone like fabrics, vinyls, real wood etc. He does a lot of stuff too besides shutter. We also had him do vertical blinds for us as well. He is also a real nice guy to do business with. He does a professional job and does it in a timely manner. Our family highly recommend Shutter Brothers for your window covering needs.

    Brian with Shutter Brothers was amazing! His prices were excellent and ordering and installation was quick and easy. I got quote from several other companies for shutters throughout my home and not only were the prices much higher, I was quoted 12 weeks to get product in and then a couple more weeks before installation could be scheduled. Shutter Brothers completed my installation less than 3 weeks after I placed the order with them. Installation was fast and professional. I would definitely use this company again and refer them to my family and friends.

    This has been an okay, yet a little disappointing experience with positive resolve in the end…read more Having seen the other reviews on this company, I had higher expectations that things would be customer focused and efficient. I called on a Friday night close to closing time to see if I could schedule with them to get an estimate on some window solar screens. Ben wound up calling me back to let me know he can come by on Monday morning to get me an estimate. He came on time at 9am to get measurements and provided me a quote thereafter. That initial meeting was the only pleasant part of this experience because the communication after I made the half payment was horrid. Ben mentioned that he would be in another country on a trip the following day after the estimate was provided, but let me know that in two weeks the product will be ready and installed. Two weeks passed and I never received any follow up regarding our install. I also never received the digital receipt and invoice I was told I would get for the payment I made so I made sure to keep the text confirmation to him directly along with my payment detail on my end. I followed up with the company and called three times to speak with someone regarding my installation and product. I received no call back all day and called again the day after. This was when two weeks had already passed. I texted them on their business text line thereafter when I received no follow up. I had to text them twice for me to hear back from Juan (JD) who explained that he was in charge of things while Ben was out of the office in Indonesia. When I expressed my frustration with the fact that no one has contacted me regarding the product and installation, he said "do you want me to help you out or not?" That response was incredibly not empathetic because I was expressing my frustration that it took me asking them 5 different times regarding the service to get any feedback. He connected me with Caesar who was the one doing the installation. Caesar contacted me saying that he would be at my house Thursday to do the install. Thursday, he calls me again to say the product will be in after 330pm so he will have to move the installation to Friday. Caesar said he would be at my home by 9am, but no communication at all till after I called and texted after 910am to receive a text from him saying he will be 30 minutes late. Despite the lapse in communication, Caesar and Miguel both made the ending result of this experience better. They were both polite and took their time to make sure everything was aligned. Both of them deserve 5 stars alone. Aside Caesar and Miguel, communication has honestly been quite bad with this company and the way it was handled when I followed up was quite rude and lacked empathy for the frustration. No client should ideally have to contact the company various times to be acknowledged for the job to follow through. Price for everything was fair, I just wished the customer service was better. Currently, still waiting for an invoice record since the company has not provided that after I tried to call again multiple times to make final payment. I know with travel and everything factored that it wasn't all one person's fault for the horrible communication, but the service just wasn't what I expected because Ben seemed to really care when I met him for the initial estimate. I understand delays, but I had to re-explain the project to Juan (JD) and Caesar because Juan (JD) didn't even know who I was and addressed me as another client named Camila. The whole process after initial estimate was a headache because the staff wasn't prepared and had I not called or texted to follow up multiple times, my project would have been even more delayed. Juan made "promises," he didn't intend to keep because Gina from the office line called saying he never intended to send over the invoice today and that Ben would be the one sending over my warranty and invoice info. Not a great impression of the company as a whole and I am still waiting for the invoice and warranty details. In the end, however, I have to say Ben is trustworthy for his product quality and escalation service. He contacted me as soon as he touched down and provided me with what his staff could not. I know things fell in the communication pipeline when he was away, but I appreciated his urgency to fix the issue.
