It took the salesman over 6 days to get me financed because they are usually in house and I went through my credit union. They could not get the paperwork correct to give to my bank which kept delaying the purchase. The car had an Open recall that they forgot to take care of before giving it to me. They sold the cat to me with no fuel in the tank and when I asked they put roughly 20 bucks in. They gave me a warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles and the check engi ne light came on at 996 miles ans they asked me to drive it to them and when I did they then said I was 8 miles over the warranty so I was on my own! I should have known better to buy from a place like this. The car I got was nice and I got it repaired on my dime. But the service and overall unprofessional people I dealt with including the management, service department, secretary and salesman has convinced me to never go here again. And to let as many people as can know that they should go elsewhere. Buyer beware of integrity motors. What a joke!

This is a review for Integrity's Paso Robles branch (not their main location in Atascadero listed…read morehere). I only dealt with Marcelino at the Paso Robles location and have to say he made the shopping experience hassle-free and easy. I was surprised when I walked on the lot for my Toyota MR2 Spyder to see a tag hanging from the windshield for $7,995. Online it was listed for $8,995 with no price drops. I brought this up when negotiating and Marcelino was kind enough to honor the tag price despite it apparently being an expired sale. We had some trouble with the dealership accepting my American Express card for payment, but Marcelino was once again understanding enough to work out an exception where we were able to use it after all, rather than forcing me to find an alternate payment method. Drove the car from the San Luis Obispo area back down to Riverside without a hitch - very happy with my purchase. I was able to test drive the car all I wanted beforehand and inspect it thoroughly - it ended up being a pristine example. Marcelino mentioned that they would process my DMV paperwork ASAP and have it mailed to me within 3 weeks - it ended up arriving in less than a week! Very satisfied with their promptness. I've logged over 1,000 miles on the Spyder since purchase and it's proving to be worth every dollar.

The price was good and fair, the friendly service top notch. I'm especially proud to have bought locally. lol, pay no attention when the Salesman tells you he is a used car salesman and shouldn't be trusted, he is joking. I absolutely trust him, especially now, though I don't remember his name while writing. He told me when I purchased the Jeep, the previous owner would be bringing by the Snorkel and some other additional accessories, (usually a BS claim), not with them, they both did, they are true to their word. The next week I was provided with a minimum $500 or more in accessories. These could have been sold on EBay and I would never have known. They are ethical. Enough said. Proud of our local community.

I had a custom exhaust job I needed done fast and Kyle came through for me. I brought in the front…read moresection of exhaust with a huge crack and leak around the flex coupler and front flange of a dual down pipe on an 1989 BMW 325i. I bought a good replacement flex coupler but needed it cut in and welded into place. This is a bit tricky since had to take it off the car to get to this part. Also, it's dual pipe from two exhaust manifolds that need to be aligned. I brought a spare set of manifolds I had and Kyle was able to weld it in perfectly using the manifolds as a sort of "template". Price was highly competitive and we got the exhaust back in later that day. Looks pretty good to the eye if you stare down into the engine bay too. Highly recommend for this type of work here in North County.
