Around 3 my son checked with her and the flowers were not delivers. I contacted the business and the sort of apologized saying they were behind. When asked, they had not even looked at the special instruction section on the order. They did offer a few solutions, that wouldn't work because of scheduling, that's why he did it this day. They did not seem very concerned at the mistake. I have ordered there many times before. However there lack of concern at the mistake leaves me questioning future purchases.

The bouquet is absolutely gorgeous and smells incredible. I was really taken aback at the level of detail and quality of the flowers! You can tell a lot of effort went into arranging the bouquet. The reason I docked a star is because I had requested they notify me with an estimated delivery time so I could ensure my mom was home, but I did not receive any communication of a delivery time. Because of this, my mom wasn't at home and didn't get to see her flowers until a few hours after they were delivered. She loved the flowers when she did get to see them, though!

I didn't realize she could be even more kind-hearted. She knew I was having a rough morning as I just picked up my grandmother's ashes from next door (Allen Mortuary), and she was incredibly empathetic. I picked up the flower pedals right before we were about to head to SF to disperse my grandmother's ashes, and she could tell I was struggling. She had tears in her eyes as I spoke with her. That's how you know you chose the right small business. I'll never go to a big corporation for flowers again. When we got to the viewing turned out, it was a little bitty plant. We could've picked one up at Save Mart for 15 or $20. We were very disappointed and embarrassed in the size for what we had paid for it. Also, it was not placed in any sort of basket or a bow or cellophane wrap. It was in a 6 inch plastic pot When contacting Yonans floral the next day the clerk was super rude and offered no resolution. So if you're thinking of using them, probably better just to swing by Save Mart and pick up a plant yourself. I will not deal with them again.

I called the store but there was no answer and a different phone number was given and the response was "mail box is full". I checked online for store hours and phone number. The same phone I called the first time was listed online. I called again and finally someone answered but there was an echo and I couldn't hear the person clearly. I asked them to call back after I repeated my concern several times asking that the delivery driver be notified and return with the necessary preservative. The person responded but again I couldn't hear because of the echo. I requested that the business person call me back thinking that might resolve the echo issue; instead the person hung up and never called me back. They got their money already so why bother with customer requests. In addition many of the flower were not fresh at all. What a waste.
