Walked into this store on a Wednesday mid day looking for some new shirts. I was wearing RL purple label jeans, tennis shoes and a t shirt as it was 110 outside. Walked through the entire store and right past the counter where 2 employees were talking to each other and neither of them said a word! As I kept browsing, an older couple in their 60's walked in and the gray haired employee walked right past me to greet them! I snickered, shook my head and walked out! To bad for HB, I went into Robert Graham and spent about a grand on shirts! Will never go back or wear their label again! Great work losing a customer! read more

Whats not to like apart from the price bit :) Ok so the gentleman helping me with my purchases was extremely courteous and attentive. This after I walked in to the place looking like a train wreck. I think train wreck was being kind to myself. I was tried, sick and needed my dose of pick me up shopping! The sales associate was amazingly knowledgeable about the cuts and styles and what fit best. They do have an extensive selection unlike Saks which only carries a smattering of the HB lines. They do have an on site seamstress who does the alterations for you and while they do have a little delay in that process, i think its worth the wait. So in all fairness, this HB store if you like their merchandise is the one to go to. read more

Sorry to say this store doesn't have the most attentive personnel working in it. I walked in and spent 20 minutes looking at things there. Not too busy and none of the four men working there who weren't busy with customers felt I was worthy of helping even when I went and asked one for some help looking and shirts. Love this location only because of the manager who works there, named Brandon. Always very professional and honest with my family about good deals in the store, offer us a drink (anything from coke to beer). Hugo Boss is one of my favorite brands. This store has very friendly staff, but is too small to warrant 5-stars. They do not carry many of the Boss labels and it detracts from the experience. In particular, I would like to see this store carry the Red label. It gets a little annoying having to go to the department stores to find more of the full Hugo Boss line. Overall, I think this store is very good and has a very good staff. I definitely recommend it, but warn that you will need to be prepared to shop elsewhere if you are looking for the full line. read more

One evening I visited Boss looking for track pants. There was only one pair left, and not in my size. The manager of the store came over right away and told me he'd check to see if there were any more in back. He returned less than a minute later with several different sizes. He said if the track pants didn't fit exactly to my liking, I could have the tailor make alterations. I was struck by the manager's care and concern. He got me what I wanted, and I was on my way in no time. I've been to stores where the service reps stand behind the cash register and do not care one way or the other whether the customer is satisfied. I look forward to visiting again soon. read more

WOW! Initially my husband and I were very excited to shop at the new Hugo Boss that opened at Fashion Square. We had been looking around for a suit for him to wear to some upcoming weddings. He had owned other Hugo Boss suits and loved them and so we decided to stick with that brand. This is not a review about Hugo Boss the brand as it is about the store. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! You get better service at a fast food restaurant or at a Kohls than you do there. We were in the store looking at the suits for 20 to 30 minutes at least. We walked around, looked at the sales people who hurried by us so quickly we could not ask for assistance. There were only 3 people working in the store, that we could see anyway. Since they have a number of different suit cuts we were hoping that the sales people could steer us in the right direction. I also assumed (wrongly) that Hugo Boss considered themselves a high end brand, and therefore, would provide the appropriate service. Nope! We ended up walking out as 2 sales people helped 1 person at the cash and another sales person stood up at the front with her hands folded up near the t-shirts. Correct me again if I am wrong, but I thought the suits cost more than the t-shrits? All said, we ended up going to Nordstrom where they were more than happy to assist us in buying a Hugo Boss suit. So, if you are in the market, save yourself the headache and time and go to Nordstrom! read more
