Hugo Boss STOLE my money - almost $3,000! Absolutely unacceptable! I am beyond shocked and furious. I logged into my Hugo Boss account only to discover that the items I returned using their own return labels for orders #92595377 and #92595582 (sent back at the end of July - it's October 9 now) were received by them, yet no refund was ever issued. It has now been over two months, and Hugo Boss has effectively kept my money. We're talking about nearly $3,000 just gone. This isn't a mistake anymore; it feels like theft. When I called customer service, someone with very broken English answered, offered zero help, and refused to transfer me to a manager. I also submitted a support ticket four days ago, and the only response I got was, "Please wait five business days." Seriously? You've had my returns for months, and that's your answer? This is criminal behavior, plain and simple. For a brand that prides itself on "luxury" and "class," Hugo Boss is operating in a way that's dishonest, unprofessional, and disgraceful. I've now filed a dispute with my credit card company because Hugo Boss clearly has no intention of doing the right thing. Be warned: if you shop with them, you might lose your money just like I did. Bought a sport coat there and no one helped with the fitting or any service. Got home and decided it didn't fit right so the very next day took it back and they do not give refunds just store credit. No one told us that when we bought it. Poor customer service. Will not ever buy from them again even with a 350. Credit. They need to tell the customer this policy. read more

Normally when a store relocates, it's better and bigger, but honestly, don't see a change from its previous one, other than now, it's in a more visible location, on the edge facing the parking lot and I5. so guess that's an improvement. pretty well same layout, casual stuff in front, the dress in the back, along the walls. I would definitely not choose to go to this particular Hugo Boss. The selection is alright but the customer service portion of the establishment is particularly lacking. For a middle-end store, I would expect some sort of helpfulness but that was not granted to me. Excellent selection of suits, and I was able to find a really good price on a suit that caught my eye. I found a few other items (mainly shoes) that I would've been interested in buying, but I have large feet, and they didn't have my size. Suit fit very well, and after my tailor gets done with it, I expect it will fit as perfectly as my other Hugo suits do. Staff was very friendly and helpful without being pushy, and I'll be sure to stop by next time I'm in the area to see what new items they've gotten in. read more

This review is solely to praise the excellent service provided to us by Braxten Spooner. My mom was visiting the outlet from California, and saw a purse at the outlet that she liked but for some reason she did not purchase it from the store, but as soon as she returned, the thought of that purse kept bothering her. I tried to quell her uneasiness by trying to find the purse online but to no avail. Then I came up with the far-fetched idea of trying to call the outlet. I had little expectation for help, but I've been following my new principle of "just ask and find out, rather than assuming things" So I called the store and I was assisted by Braxten. As the plot unravelled, I was expecting shock and disbelief at my impertinence. Instead, Braxten kept on gathering more information like a detective that truly wanted to solve the mystery. As he proceeded to look through the store, he believed that he had found the purse. I was expecting him to hand over a number identifying the purse, instead he said that he would like to e-mail me the photo of the purse! This is where I was blown away by the extent of his superlative commitment to excellent service! Lo and Behold, the e-mail arrived with all the information regarding the purse and a neat photo! I cannot stress the excellence in service provided by Braxten, even as he was fully aware that we won't be able to make a purchase from their store! As much as I wished I lived in world where such service was the norm, I know that I had been on the receiving end of an excellent and rare service experience. The service was very poor, they looked down on you when you do not make any purchases. The employees were very impatient and looked as if they wanted to get off work ASAP. A manager name Paul there was absolutely the worst, not only did he not do work, he would just socialize the whole time. Pathetic customer service. I went to this store, and i kept asking one guy (40+ i think) to show me sizes, but he kept running from one corner of the store to another and kept saying he needs to clear up clothes first. i waited about 20 mins and asked him 3 times, he din't even bother to look at me and just kept running. i have been saying "excuse me sir" but he kept ignoring me. I've heard excellent things about the Boss brand for suits so I decided to stop into this outlet which is in a convenient location off of I-5. I had been shopping around for about a fortnight and our wedding date had been closing in. Josh Tilleson was understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to try to close the sale and end my excursion of finding outfits for my groomsman. The prices and options were exceptional considering this is an outlet. We had to order a few suits from other locations but they arrived in a timely fashion and a giant weight was lifted off my shoulders! Thank you Josh and everyone else who assisted us! My fiance & I were in the store today looking for a shirt for him. We didn't find one and as we were walking out, there were 3 men at the counter purchasing items and one turned around and said to me you don't look like you shop here. The cashier guy giggled and then I looked at the jerk saying that and asked why on earth would he say that-his response-this is hugo boss! I told him he should zip it and that was the rudest thing I'd ever had happen. The cashier should have asked him to leave and ask us if he could help. I can only assume they were friends and thought this was ok to treat complete strangers with severe disrespect. How does he know we weren't there to buy a shirt for an upcoming funeral? Maybe that guy was so jealous I was much taller than him, who knows. I will tell as many people as I can about this and definitely never recommend them ! Before I start, this is my first review on Yelp. I normally don't voice my opinions unless the business has provided extraordinary service or displayed complete inadequacy. Unfortunately, this experience will fall into the latter category. I am surprised that a business of this calibre can still exist. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The store incorrectly charged me $48.01 EXTRA and assumed it was not their fault and said they could do nothing and I had to wait after Christmas for a response. In order to receive an instant refund from my credit card company it needs to be within 24 hours, however, this is impossible due to the fact that I will be getting a response after Christmas. I even got verification from AMEX that they had overcharged me but the manager (Paul) with his holier-than-thou attitude assumed no human error and refused to refund. He displayed a condescending attitude and never once offered an apology. I find this appalling as I have yet to see this kind of behavior from any customer service sales representative. Disciplinary action must be taken in this case and I will not let this type of unprofessionalism go unnoticed. I will be in contact with the regional manager and will definitely appeal to higher levels of management if my case does not get elevated. This level of customer service shall not be tolerated, especially from a company such as Hugo Boss. In a market segment that is saturated like crazy what differentiates one another is the level of professionalism and customer service that maintains brand loyalty and retains their best customers. In this case, Paul has failed on both fronts and clearly shows his incompetence as a store manager. I will definitely fight until the truth is clearly revealed and will refrain from conducting any business on the premise until a fair conclusion has been reached. In the meantime, these guys do not deserve our business, they have not earned it, they took it for GRANTED. I would suggest anyone looking at Hugo Boss products to drive up north to Vancouver or go down to Bellevue for a proper designer shopping experience, comparing retails stores to this outlet is makes this retail outlet look embarrassing. Please take caution when shopping here as if they do make a mistake, you will find it hard pressed to receive any customer service at all. They only care about the sale, once they've earned your business, they could care less about anything else. Hopefully this post brings transparency to both the store and the buyers as well. If you do choose to shop there make sure to double check your receipt while you're at the store. If anything seems abnormal, stay behind and keep them accountable for their actions. First impression bad impression . First time went in hoping to get a good quality suit with good service.he guy welcomed at the door but didn't get to help although it was not busy so I have to get help to check a suit. The sales person helped me to pick up a suit and let me tried it . The pant was loose so he said it is easy fix and will cost me 20 $. And it didn't than I can return it back in 30 days as it is without any alter so I bought the suit. I took it to my tailor to have it altered but it was too much work and would cost 85$. So I went back to exchange it with the other pant size in the tulalip store on Tuesday morning and the store manager welcomed me up in front and asked me straight is that return and I replied might be but I really want to change the size of the pants as its too big,so he replied he can't return it as its not there policy and said you might be from Canada as me being Asian and 70% of their business is from Canadians , so I replied no I am from here live 5 miles away from store and his expression of face changed with his attitude. I was surprised . So he said boss does not make any smaller size pants than that which was wrong I had tried different pant in that store that were different, after a long argument he offered me to give store credit which I didn't needed it until i can get the rite side . So he told me to go to the Bellevue store to have it altered and will cost me $20. So I drove 45 miles and it costed me $50 and 12 days to get it fixed.
