I appreciate that perhaps they understand there was something amiss with this process. Update Number Two: I called this morning and asked for a call back by niw I am frustrated beyond comparison. The office closes at 5:00 so I call them yet again only to find out "the scans aren't in the system and I need to come in and start over with new scans". They will call the lab but according to Isabelle the soonest I can get the guard is Jan 10. Two month after this whole thing started. Why didn't they find this out after I called at the end of week three. When were they going to let me know? The dentist called tonight at 6:00 to let me know they couldn't find my scans. I wonder if I had not continued to call would they even know the scans had not been sent to or received by the lab, Who dropped the ball here? Update One.This is priceless. ONE of my concerns is they do not respond or call back. I posted this yesterday and now they post a reply here (on-line instead of calling me) for me to call them (I called yesterday and again today). My experiences with Dentist of Eden Prairie should be a word if caution to others. First I was charged for a cleaning that I did not have. If I had not checked the insurance form that came to me I would not have known. I had to let the insurance company know and ask for correction from Dentists of Eden Prairie. I do not know if the insurance company was reimbursed. Their explanation was a change in software. Months later on a Friday I needed a root canal and the result was terrible. I had had other root canals when I lived in Missouri - fairly easy procedure. Not with DEP. I bruised and a hard knot formed from my eye socket to my jaw. I called three times to their emergency service before I got a call back. It was a weekend was the explanation. The emergency service said the dentist would contact me within 2 hours or I should call the service again. Three call and I finally got a response. I was put on antibiotics for 10 days. It took nearly a month for the knot to completely dissipate. Then, in November I needed a new night guard. I was told it would take two to three weeks. I paid in full the day they did the scan. That was November 10. It is now December 26 and I still don't have the night guard.When I called after three weeks I was told they would call when it was in. I finally called back today and asked for the dentist to call me. Guess what - no call back. Be warned!

I moved to MN last Jan but continued to go to my dentist in Indiana. I had a sudden tooth ache last Thursday and Dr. Sharpe's office was able to get me in right away. From the time I walked in until I left, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Her dental assistant was so kind and friendly. Dr. Sharpe unfortunately had to recommend me to an endodontist for my problem but I will definitely return to Dr. Sharpe's office for routine work and cleanings. If you're looking for a nice and caring dentist, I most definitely recommend.

Both had great experiences and the price was way more reasonable than Village Orthodontics. (My daughter had "phase one" done there.) I know Invisiline isn't for everyone, but if you or your child are a teeth grinder they will protect your teeth from damage. You get a set of super sturdy liners at the end of treatment that act as a mouthguard for night. Instead of a retainer. Mouthguards on their own are expensive, so we were happy to get four of them. Each one will last over five years! Dr. Montgomery is always so joyful with all of his patients! The entire staff is attentive and super friendly. She gives great feedback about what's going well in your mouth and what things you could do differently to improve other aspects of your oral health. Got in at 7am and was out the door by 8am. I love their flexible scheduling. I appreciate that this dental office does not push with upselling or offering unnecessary procedures. I have 1 tooth with mineralization on it from childhood and both dentists I've seen at this clinic have asked if it bothers me, and when I say no they totally back off and respect my decision to keep my weird tooth the way that it is. I have referred several people here. If you forget your chapstick and your lips get dry from stretching them open for so long, they'll offer you one of their custom chapsticks.
