You know how much I love the combination plate when it comes to Chinese food so I called in and ordered the beef with broccoli dinner combo and my side choices were egg roll and pork fried rice which took 10 minutes. My only disappointment was no hot mustard like in Milwaukee because I like that on my egg roll with soy sauce. My combination dinner actually looked really good and better than I expected with a full size egg roll, thank you. The pork fried rice didn't look like much but it was flavorful and not cooked to mush but flavorful. The egg roll was not frozen with crispy fresh cabbage and also flavorful with a nice golden wrapper. The beef and broccoli was also flavorful with thick tender beef and broccoli that was not cooked to mush with some crunch left in it, dam everything cooked perfectly and no mushy food. WOW I'm impressed with this place because it puts lots of Chinese restaurants to shame because it was cooked perfectly, not skimping and flavorful so I would definitely have dinner here again. Was it the best, no but it was better than most places and I have done a lot of them so the freshness stands out.
