Found this place by Google and it turned out to be delicious!!!! It's a hidden gem of authentic asian food (Korean, Thai, Chinese, etc)!! My husband ordered the Thai Basil Noodles and I ordered the Sesame Chicken Salad. Both were sooo good and great for our long drive. Food was horrible. I had a chicken mango dish and the dark meat chicken had the taste chicken gets just before it turns rotten. Half of it was cold and the other half hot, so obviously it was cooked in the microwave. A huge portion drowned in syrupy, lukewarm sauce with slimy chunks of pre-frozen mango (the chunks you make smoothies with), definitely not fresh. My wife had a fried rice dish and the rice was overcooked and pasty. She felt slightly ill from it the next day. Definitely not worth the price and I have had way better at random Chinese buffets. First, the service was really poor. There were only five other occupied tables, but we waited for our order to be taken for 15 minutes. We sat needing refills for 15 minutes. We also waited forever for boxes and waited forever for check and waited forever to get the credit card back and sign. My husband had glass noodles with chicken and said his was mediocre and slightly bland, but wasn't terrible. I ordered Thai basil stir fry with beef. It was terrible. I'm not sure what kind of beef because it was something bizarre and had such an odd gummy texture. I tried to eat it a little, but just couldn't bring myself to eat more than a few bites. I've eaten this same dish many times before. It is usually bursting with basil and other flavor. The flavor itself was not horrible, but was very bland. Overall, I would not recommend at all. The new owner is dropping the ball. First, they gave us a hard time about having my dog with us outside on the patio last month when it was previously never a problem. We were the only customers sitting outside so it was extra weird. The portions were also significantly smaller than before so that was second strike. Tonight, however, was redonculous. We called and ordered tom yum soup to pick up, specifically asking for a dinner size portion. They assured us that it would be a large dinner size. Just got it home and it's a small cup of soup and a couple shrimp. The white rice I ordered with it is crunchy and under cooked as well. Hopefully Exotic Thai will be open again soon cause this isn't cutting it. read more

My family and I stopped here on our way to see my grandma. We chose to sit on the patio because it was such a nice day out. To drink: I had the pear martini, which was perfect to have on this beautiful day. This martini is sweet (not overly sweet) with a piece of pear on top. This is their signature dish. For Appetizers: we ordered the dim sum and the tempura green beans. Both were so good! The dim sum were steamed and had shrimp. I wish they gave you more than four. The tempura green beans was a good portion and the sauce is amazing! For Entrée: I had a creamy curry dish that was really good and slightly spicy. There was curry and very thin noodles with cabbage on top. Overall, I really enjoyed eating here! I will have to come back the next time I am in town. read more

It was horrible the food was cold when I got it and there was not one but three hairs in my food and the waitress questioned me asking if it was my hair and then after 3 minutes of questioning me she finally took it back and then I get the bill I had my family of 5 with me and gave her self 21$ tip when the only thing she really do was carry out water??? When I asked her about it she gave me attitude saying(if I can read I would of known) and when I asked to see it on the menu she dodged my question and went back to what she was doing I spent 135 for cold food slow service and rudeness!!! I haven't been to this restaurant in a few years, and it is beginning to show its age. The table was "sticky" and most likely needed a cleaning. There is a reasonably priced lunch special, and it comes with rice. The waiter asked me what kind of rice I wanted; but I never eat rice, so I just said "brown". He did not mention that the brown rice was $3 extra, and only white rice was included. When the bill came I noticed the up charge and went online to see that a 3 (no dollar sign) was in teeny tiny print. If I was told of the extra charge I would have ordered a more expensive meal that would end up being the same price! I doubt I will return, and this used to be a favorite for my children and grandchildren. read more

Great service and great food! Loved sitting out door and hanging out with my family. The food was delicious. I had a bite of all of our dishes and everything kept getting better and better! I ordered takeout with my parents during covid, and I have to commend the staff here for taking all the proper precautions. They had a clear system inside for picking up food, a new plexiglass separator between the customer and staff, multiple pumping stations of hand sanitizer, and all of the employees were wearing masks. I am SO happy to support a local business like this that is taking the proper precautions to protect their staff and customers. Thank you, Tantra! I've come here a few times and it's been a mixture of emotions each time. Some dishes we like, some we don't. This last time we went was pretty decent. The prices are a bit high here though, so we don't come too often. This time we got a Roti Canai for an appetizer, Drunken Noodles, and Korean Short Ribs. Roti Canai: This was unlike the traditional Roti Canai that I've had at a restaurant chain, Penang. I was a bit surprised how different it looked, but it tasted pretty good. They basically give you a pancake type of oily bread that you rip and dip into curry. They gave a good amount of curry, so we had some leftover after we finished our bread. So when our other two dishes and rice came, we basically ended up with a 3rd dish of some curry! Score! Drunk Noodles: This dish surprised me a bit too. I'm used to eating this at Thai restaurants with flat noodles, but it comes with small glass noodles. The taste was decent, but I kind of miss the larger flat noodles for this dish. Korean Short Ribs: This wasn't the best korean short ribs dish that we've had. The meat wasn't too sweet, so it didn't taste like Korean Short Ribs to me. On the plus side, they give a LOT of short ribs, so if you're here for quantity, this would be good. Atmosphere: They dim the lights really low here. I guess it's supposed to be romantic, but I usually like to see what I'm eating, so for me, it ruins the atmosphere a bit. read more
