Surprisingly amazing food! Thought this would be more like pub food but everything was delicious!! Lots of choices on the menu plus a few daily specials that we tried, everything was great. Cute place inside, we sat outside in the nice quiet neighborhood. Wednesday night is trivia so I definitely recommend staying for that! It was so much fun!

High marks for this local Locust Point institution since 1984 (possibly named after the hit TV police show Hill Street Blues) but a local saloon going back to 1889! Sort of in the middle of nowhere/not much happening, Hull gives low-key service, tasty food, great desserts at a relatively cheap price for it all! We adored our appetizers of chicken dumplings and fried coddies (a very Baltimore/Baltimore County thing) with crackers and mustard and mussels in white wine with absolutely delicious soft pretzel sticks topped off with warm lemon pound cake with whipped cream. Drinks: an Arnold Palmer and an unsweetened iced tea.

Stopped in here on a Saturday and it definitely gives dive bar - in the best way! We started with their mussels which I think was our favorite thing we got! The sauce was delicious and they came with huge soft pretzel sticks to dip! 10/10! I had the fish tacos which were blackened salmon and I thought they were pretty good. My boyfriend had their infamous French dip which he enjoyed as well. Great service and friendly people!

Happy Father's Day! Our first visit to HSB. We have been riding our bikes past here for the last year & kept wanting to stop. My wife chose it for Poppa day. We joined our daughter for great brussel sprouts! My wife had the HSB salad with grilled shrimp. Clean plate! My daughter had the Philly cheesesteak & said it was good. I had the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich on a brioche roll. It was juicy & delicious. I had one in Buffalo a few weeks back & this was 100 times better. The fries were good too. Great neighborhood joint with outdoor seating on a beautiful day!

Walked here for dinner and was shocked at how amazing the food was. The restaurant is very quaint and almost hidden. Small interior and had European vibes. It was a little busy, but we had great service. The carb dip was absolutely amazing! This is a must- everything about this appetizer was delicious, especially the bread. Didn't snap a picture of our entrees, but I got a chicken dish and my fiancé got a shrimp burger- both were great and large portions. Great restaurant for a casual, yummy dinner.

Tasty food and great vibe. In a quiet neighborhood and a local favorite. The PEI mussels are terrific.

Came here on a weeknight and hung out with the locals. The bartending staff is very friendly, and the chef works magic! Definitely worth stopping by for a drink and food!

One of my favorite local spots... the best food in the 'hood. I recently ordered the mother's day special to celebrate my first mother's as a mom. There were 6 of us, and all of the food was fantastic! I love all the ways they prepare salmon, and their desserts are always fantastic! I am thankful that Hull Street for all the amazing food! #ThankYouThursday

I'm not actually sure but the cocktails are good. I think the vibes when I went was off. Granted I did go on a weekday where it was pretty empty. I did really appreciate that they were chips of ice in the cocktail, cause it was a really hot day, so I made sure that the drink stayed really cold and delicious. Water is self service. They shift their menu a lot which I think is really nice for the community. The cocktails are on the pricier side they think they start around 14 or 16 which I think is a little too much for a local neighborhood bar.

The vibes are right and the bartenders were nice and chatty, the only reason this place isnt "my" place and doesn't get 5 stars is because they dont make a very good dirty martini and thats like base level. I asked for it extra dirty and I could barely taste the olive brine, I actually had to have him pour more in front of me lol. Also service was a little slow. So for grabbing a quick drink with the girls sure, but staying as a regular nah.

It's definitely on the divey side, but in a fun, laid-back way. Our server was great and even let us sample a few beers before ordering. I tried a pumpkin ale -- which I actually loved! It surprised me because I don't usually drink beer (hate is a strong word, but I normally don't like it). This one was sweeter and enjoyable. We got the garlic rosemary fries (the aioli was perfect), plus the blackened chicken tenders and honey Old Bay wings. Definitely not a place that'll leave you hungry -- portions are generous! We had a great time and enjoyed all our food. The only reason I left off a star was because the bathroom freaked me out a little ..but I'd still visit again. Casual setting for sure -- we saw lots of friend groups hanging out that seem like regulars. Seems like a great neighborhood spot with a solid community.

Although I was disappointed with the lack of Knicks support lol, we had a great time. My friend ordered the nachos, and I had a pizza. With it being a busier night, we opted to sit outside. And I love the fact it goes out to outdoor seating area with beautiful views. Oh you can also come straight outside if you have your pup with you! Now onto the food, drinks were delicious, my niece cucumber mint mocktail was so refreshing too. And my white chocolate martini was so good! Onto the food, we got whipped ricotta (yummy!) , crispy chicken littles (pretty good), and crispy chicken fried rice. Now on this one, gotta stay I wasn't expecting 2 chicken legs and fried rice... but more chicken, though for the taste, a little bit too salty and mush to my liking . Note, my daughter had put ketchup on plate before realizing the oversight. So, when the MANAGER brought the food back, I'm thinking it was a show of good faith given the error. Nope. He had a smug attitude and puts the plate on the table where I immediately notice the original plate was reused because it had the ketchup smear. I asked him if this was the same sent back plate of food and he said "yes" and said the added the avocado. They UNWRAPPED the original wrap and just added the avocado and brought the entire plate back. I immediately questioned how that follows food handling guidelines. If they weren't going to redo the order, they could have just brought avocado slices to the table! The MANAGER had a very dismissive, RUDE attitude and so I sent everything back and left. I did tip the waitress cash because she was great and had got us drinks by that point. Again, she was nice and side-eyed the manager agreeing what he did was not acceptable. Apparently he also had a rep for being rude and nasty. I will never eat there again. You have a kitchen with seafood and meats and have no food handling controls? Yeah, miss me with the risk of food poisoning or cross-contamination. No thank you! You're rude to customers and have no standards? Whoever runs the kitchen should know better as should the manager. I can only imagine what else goes on in that kitchen. Dine there at your own risk.
