The technician, Monty from Complete Animal Removal, arrived promptly and was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He worked with me to place the traps in the best possible locations, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to listen. The entire Complete Animal Removal team went above and beyond with their urgent response, strong communication, and genuine kindness. I was extraordinarily impressed by how quickly new traps were set and how seriously my concern was taken.
