After signing up, I was told by the person who came out for treatment that there's really no way to deal with mice inside the house, and she suggested I get glue traps. This was the only reason I signed up in the first place. After an extremely difficult process (that required the threat of a lawsuit because I had doorbell video proving I was promised a service they can't provide), I was finally able to get the service canceled. Over the next couple years, they kept sending door-to-door salesmen to my house. I got tired of telling these guys "no" 10 times to get them to leave, so I put up "No Solicitation" signs SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF APTIVE. A couple days ago, Casey from Aptive comes to my door, presses the doorbell button (which has a "No Solicitation" sign directly on it), and then when I told him the sign was there on the doorbell, he said "to be fair, did I even ring the doorbell?" YES CASEY, YOU DID. Also, there's ANOTHER sign on the door you also knocked on. But I didn't argue, I just said maybe not, but no soliciting, thank you. He completely disregarded it and continued to try to sell me their worthless service. The only pests I want them to get rid of are their door-to-door salesmen.

First…read moreoff they tried to bill us before they even came and did any work and we originally agreed on a monthly service to which the informed us that we agreed to bi-monthly service and we never agreed to that, then since we informed them that we would not pay for services that wasn't preformed until the service was done our $60.00 monthly service turns out that it's a $104.00 so because we won't pay them before the did the work our fee went up $40.00 a service, total bill shit in my opinion.

The tenant in the duplex I own saw evidence of rodents, and after my husband I couldn't get a handle on it, I sought out an exterminator. Perks WorX responded to my Request a Quote via Yelp, and we were able to schedule a time for them to come out within the following days. Come to find out, we weren't dealing with mice but with Norwegian rats (viking rats!!!!), and the exterminator also pointed us to a raccoon living in the attic (ew!!!). I hate that I know way more about both of these creatures than I did before, but I'm thankful that Perks WorX had such information to impart. Their prices were the best I found, and they were able to get our rat situation (again, ew!) under control, and we have a plan for the raccoon. I was also able to text them questions throughout the process. While I hope I don't have to call an exterminator again when another pest situation arises ... Thankfully they were somewhat lethargic and only a few would come in at a time, but it was a workout, even for our cats who were killing them too. We woke up, and the bees were still getting in the house! Given it is a Sunday, my dad googled pest control services that might be open on Sunday. Eagle Pest Control was a result that came up, so my mom called, unsure if this qualified for a Sunday emergency. She spoke with Rodney, and he was on a family outing but said he could come over in a couple hours. He kept his word and ended up coming over to our house. He spent about two hours investigating and treatjng where the bees were coming from. He also shared his expertise and knowledge. When it came time to pay, his fee was extremely fair for the quality of his work and for the peace of mind. Especially for coming on a Sunday, the cost was much lower than expected. My mom, who is not a Yelper, suggested him on her Facebook, but I said we needed to Yelp about it. If you're looking to get rid of bees--or any other kinds of pests--my family recommends Eagle Pest Control! According to my mom, "He was honest and fair, and we highly recommend him.
