Ross stayed late beyond closing to give us a chance to test drive the car and then got us competitive financing, temp plates and everything my son needed to drive it off the lot that night (we arrived at 4:30pm and were on the road by 7pm). He also gave us a 3 month bumper to bumper warranty on this used car at no additional cost. I would highly recommend buying a used car from Cupples. He made a stressful time for us a lot easier.

The cars they sell are pre inspected. As you drive up the first thing you will notice is the quality of the selection. They in fact, take great pride in the automobiles they sell. But 5 stars? Well, John and his team at Winnisquam sure won me over. Not only did I get a phenomenal deal on the exact car I was looking for, but John, the owner, struck me as a very down to earth, hard-working and honest guy. And in the end, he proved that's exactly who he is. Before my test drive, John was up front about an issue on the car that he was going to address. I appreciated the full disclosure. It ended up taking a bit longer and costing him more money than he'd anticipated. He kept me in the loop and the deal we struck remained the same despite the additional cost he incurred. Michelle, who handled our financing was professional and very helpful. She had everything prepared so when we got there, we were in and out in less than 25 minutes. I don't think I've ever been in and out of a car dealership in less than two hours when buying a car before this. John called me the next day and gave me a line about an 02 sensor, soft codes, hard codes, etc and told me what a great guy he is for taking car of this (I had the car for a total of 45 minutes AND it had a 30 day warranty). Before purchasing from John, he assured me the car would be serviced. Obviously it wasn't. It wasn't even clean when I picked it up, but I looked past that. John knows I'm from MA and my retired father who lives in Laconia helped me find a car for my son for Christmas. I thanked him replacing the sensor and asked to have it shipped back to me in MA. John went on a tirade and said "I will absolutely not do that. You bought the car, it's your problem now". How quickly John went from a used car dealer who stands behind his cars to an average used car salesman trying to maximize his profit and screw the customer. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM WINNISQUAM AUTO.

There is never a good time to have a catastrophic failure with your vehicle, especially when your most recent ex-wife made your credit score head into the toilet...and being a single dad. My local credit union (a member of 14 years) wouldn't return my calls....however in searching for a buy here, pay here place I was fortunate to find Supreme. I was blunt about what I needed and what I could afford. We found a good used car with reasonable miles for the year. Nothing fancy (well it does have heated seats) just needed a grocery getter and to get to work. After I was easily approved by a finance company they work with, yeah high interest, but I was over a barrel with no options (other than begging family...) Very soon after my purchase there was an issue (kinda major) with my car, not gonna go into the details on make, model or issue. It is still a 14 year old car. Bottom line is, they stood behind the car they sold me and took great care of me. I was patient, yeah not thrilled, but hey $h!t happens. Now it did take a bit to get the issue resolved since it was an intermittent issue. But I'm confident it is now fixed. I got a vehicle that had very high mileage on it and I paid a high monthly payment on it for almost four years, and by the time the loan was almost paid off the vehicle was worthless. That being said, Shawn was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and up until the last time I got my vehicle repaired there I was quite pleased with what I was charged for repairs. Shawn also worked with me on repairs that were covered by my warranty and treated me fairly. The result of buying a car from this business and making my payments on time was greatly improved credit. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in dire need of a vehicle and has lousy credit. They will help you out.
