They were very thorough with packing the furnitures while being efficient and mindful of the time. There were absolutely zero damage to the furnitures at the end of the move and they were very friendly throughout the process. There were 3 minor drywall damages (not a big deal at all as it happens during any move all the time) due to the fact that my furnitures are extremely heavy solid wood and the new place having 3 floors with over 40 steps in stairs, Osman immediately notified Robert and Robert was extremely quick to recognize the issue and sent out people to fix the drywall asap. From the beginning of the process it started good, I was quoted a price and given a time they would show up and they were early. But then that's when things turned awful, the guys arrived in a small truck and all my things did not fit. I hand to make several trips in my truck to take the remaining of my things. They charge by the hour and took there time moving my things and it was 3 big items that didn't fit and after speaking with Jack Gilbert the manager person, I was told they can come back and get it but it'll be an extra hour charge and I politely declined. They finished putting everything into my house and upon leaving I realized I was charged for the full hour and the time they finished was 1:05pm. Lastly I called and spoke with Jack Gilbert and he said he emailed me the receipt and so I checked my email and nothing. I called back several times and he didn't answer so after a few days he finally answered and I said again, I wanted my receipt and he said let me check and In his words, I don't have your email on file so I said, you basically told me a lie and he said yes, I guess I did. This was shady and I would not recommend this company at all. Please be aware of there tactics if you use them, but I would use someone else.

They broke multiple pieces of furniture, damaged the flooring in my home, and are now refusing to offer any compensation. They did not shrink wrap or cover any big furniture to avoid any damages. To make matters worse, their response time has been incredibly slow, and when they did respond, they showed zero accountability for the damage. When one of their movers admitted fault saying "my bad, that's on me.. I'll take care of that" The movers themselves were unprofessional and incredibly slow. They took multiple breaks during the move, even ordering food and eating on the job, which only added to the delay. The move for a 2 bedroom apartment took a total of 7 hours!! At the end of their service the movers started asking for tips stating their boss keeps their money and one last move the customer tipped them cash. It's beyond frustrating to pay for a service and get this level of negligence. The movers could not maneuver furniture through normal doorways and had 2 women move furniture to make their jobs easier. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for movers that actually care about their work and their customers. Avoid Top Humble Movers at all costs.

On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and they were so quick in moving everything! within two hours everything had been moved out of our townhome! It took them another hour and a half to move everything to the new place. Very impressed! They also wrapped certain pieces of furniture for us and disassembled as well as assembled others. Cost was reasonable as well. I would say they are more cost efficient compared to other movers we had inquired. Overall we had a good experience with iron/back movers and would use them again for our next move!
