Ordered from this company at least 10 times. Every interaction has been good and smooth until this most recent. I placed an order before the store opens in hopes of getting one of the first delivery windows. I usually receive a text once the store opens confirming they received my order with a time frame of when the next driver will be coming to my area. Not this time, I had to call them 20 minutes after they opened to confirm they even received my order. They then text me mentioning they are out of one of the items and offer some equivalent items. I text back with my selection almost immediand no reply. 30 minutes later I get a call mentioning the same exact thing. I mention I texted back already and the dispatcher tells me the internet was down. (What does internet have to do with cell service to receive a text message?) I then tell him my selection and ask if there's an eta yet. He tells me the next driver will be leaving shortly. I then ask if it'll be delivered within the usual time frame from when the driver departs. The dispatch told me that he will prioritize my order because of them taking an hour to even get my order in, and it'll be one of the first deliveries. Well I just got a text 20 minutes after our convo stating the drivers on the way and it'll be about 2 hours. Literally wasting my time and goes against everything this guy just told me on the phone. If it wasn't for the particular brand they have in stock, I would've just gone to a dispensary. Edited 5/21/20: Since this last review, they have implemented an automated system that updates you with a current ETA via text. You just click the link provided and it'll show you how long til your order arrives in real time (once a driver leaves with your order) similar to Amazon's delivery map. I appreciate the addition of this as it eliminates any confusion on arrival time. They even reached out fairly quick when some items were out of stock to make sure I knew what other options were available before the next driver was scheduled to leave. I been a customer for the past few years. At first they was great on time and professional. I made orders once a month for the last few years. The last five times I made an order it was late their 1-4 hour window was more like 6-8 hours for me. I live really close to their shop. Then there was times they ran out of product and tried to upsell me to some other product that was not what i wanted or could afford due to me being disabled and on a limited budget. This last time i ordered it was 6 hours no word so sent them a message they apologized but when the driver pulled up just showing my id he jumped on me saying he can't do anything close to the car to get back into my yard. I gave him the money checked if it was the right order and he just left. What happened to giving me the option to get my change? Nothing just got in his car and was gone. I messaged them asking and still no response. I will not shop here again and don't recommend them to anybody if they're going to keep your change be rude, late and tax you like crazy. Ya $43 dollar tax on a $55 dollar order is crazy. Only three cheap items that won't last a week compared to the five or more i used to get for the month. read more

Its a little more expensive than going to the dispensary myself, but it's a great alternative when you're hunkering down and don't want to go out. Both times the drivers practiced good physical distancing protocols during the exchange. The order is attractively packaged in a branded box with a sticker showing who filled your order, and a receipt stickered over the opening. They had the vape carts I like in stock when my regular shop was out, so it made sense to spend a little extra and get the product I wanted with the added convenience of delivery. I have been using and enjoying humbleroot for a very long time, until...420. I got one of their bundle deals and all three tins of gummies expire in a week. I understand them closing out close to date items at a great price but one week is not reasonable. The gummies were an awesome price, but I did have to put in a regular order to get that deal.
