He apologized and confirmed that my complaints were "dead on". He told me about all the changes that he'd already implemented, in large part, because of my review. Employees now have name tags and uniforms. Private information is only discussed behind closed doors and they're retraining staff. How about that? It's not every day that an owner makes such a effort to improve after a complaint. He wanted to let me know that my concerns had not fallen on deaf ears. Now THAT is customer service. So, I wrote another review and gave them 5 stars because I value honesty and integrity when correcting mistakes. Thank you, Dr. Mehta and Torri for reaching out and making a concerted effort to address the issue. I may try them again in the near future.

I informed him that my insurance was expiring and I probably would not be able to see him. He told me that they have a special $80/per visit for people who are uninsured. So I did another mini check-up in April 2025. I specifically told the ladies at the front desk/reception that I had no insurance and I prepaid the $80. Then I receive a bill in June 2025 that I still owe $117. I called, spoke to billing, and was told I am still responsible for the bill because I did not specifically request a "waiver." WTF?!#@*??!! I pleaded with billing to grant me the waiver as NO ONE told me, or was it posted anywhere in their offices, that I specifically had to request a waiver because they would not offer it to me, But the lady said "sorry, you should have known and it's already in the system." I immediately understood what Luigi Mangione felt.

They told him it would be 3-5 days for results. He had to call on the 5th day since no one has reached out. The clinic tells him oh we don't have results yet let us check and we will call you back. They call back and tell him the sample he had given was lost. How do they lose the sample that we have been waiting for results. If we never called they would have never followed up with us. There was no apology given they just told him to come back in and give another sample. It has been two weeks and no results yet and every time we call the clinic no one answers and they did not update any results on his my chart. I work in the healthcare field and this is the worst service ever!

I tended to his urinal and water needs from 10 pm until around 2pm the next day when hospital room became available. No one touched him physically or asked me a question in the ER. Once the doctor came that we asked for and that admitted him to hospital the care went from nightmare to excellent. Once under the doctor's care everything changed and his care was wonderful in the hospital. I will never go to Kingwood ER I would rather take my chances at CVS.

In the following year, I had symptoms of heart problems that led me to Vital Heart. I took a printout of my AZ test results with me, for them to review as part of my initial visit with them. Dr Marcy Lim was the Doctor that saw me. She was shocked when she reviewed the results, and immediately scheduled an evaluation for heart stints, with Dr David. I had over 90% blockage in at least one of the veins on my heart. Dr. David immediately preformed a procedure to place stints in the effected areas. The after care and follow up by my Doctors has been the best I've experienced from any healthcare provider. They are really amazing!
