Product and prices are great! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. After a friend having their puffco ruined by the manager of Humboldt Clothing Company on the plaza I called this place to see if they sold puffco and puffco accessories. The employee was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up going in and getting exactly what I needed and ended up purchasing a bong as well, which i wasn't in the market for, but with prices that reasonable I couldn't pass it up. I was so excited to return to this shop, but was met with absolute disappointment, was looking for a decent 14mm slide and/or a good chillium as well as a grinder spent almost an hour and picked up nearly everyone and I wouldn't call any of them quality. Great selection of rolling papers, some OOAK/heady pieces that are great to look at; but really disappointing selection of everyday functional glass- I walked out empty handed after looking forward to my visit for some time. read more

I shopped there about a week ago. Pandemic style with a table across the door and a clear barrier above. Excellent! I missed being able to just brows as I have before. This time I knew generally what I wanted. I was shown stuff from quite inexpensive to way above my budget. The young lady who waited on me was very helpful and plesent. This was one of the first places i visited when I moved here 3 yrs ago. I bought a glass piece and still have it today!! I love this place. I go here every time I need glass for a friend. Everyone loves the pieces I pick up for them here. The staff is friendly (especially the bearded guy that's always there) and they are always helpful. I have never had a bad experience in this store. There merchandise is high quality and I believe most of it is locally made. As well as selling glass smoking accessories they also have a good selection of disk golf disks. If you haven't gone by this store in your quest for a new pipe then I'm telling you your quest isn't complete!! read more

Some is super high priced and high end local glass but there are some super nice bongs with thick glass as well that are 80-100 bucks. This place has an amazing selection of local glass by local artists that are among the best in the country.There is also some nice pendants, marbles and wraps. Also the staff is helpful and can connect all the pieces to the artist. Hands down the best place for glass. You'd have to drive over 200 miles to find a shop that comes close, and there is lots of other shops in the area. read more

Great glass shop lots of variety. My only complaint would be that there was an employee that was not helpful when my sister and I went in to get a rig. Customer service was poor. I had to go to a different glass shop to ask for assistance on a different bowl peice. It seemed like there was a ton of selection but the employee seemed like he didn't want to really be of any help. Hopefully they get better people. read more

Pretty good selection,looks like nice glass, but I bought a local made $350 glass water pipe here, and it was the most fragile piece I've owned. Terrible! The bong broke the first time it tipped over on my rug. Two arms on one of the percs simply snapped off, and the was left useless. No bong should be this fragile especially not one that costs $350. So I took it into a glassblower to see if it could be fixed, and he basically told me it was cheap made glass perc, and of he heated enough to fix it it would explode, so there was no fixing it. I took it back into humboldt glassblowers as the piece was only about a week old. I told them the story of what had happened and the lady I was talking to basically laughed in my face and told me there was nothing she could do, as the guy employee stood by and looked at something, not caring about what happened either.. Terrible customer assistance. I will never buy anything from here again, and you shouldn't either! read more
