Manager had bad temperatures and should not be working on anything that is not his own! Refused to give me back my original mirror!!! Now i have a broken windshield still and now no mirror! Should have called the police but decided to just take it directly to my insurance agent from glass shop! Let State Farm deal with the assholes!

I will be loyal to them in the future whenever I need Glass because they have been so good to me. Both of the people in my town did not return calls. I will be using them for two medium size pieces of glass in the living room that are getting fogged up. There's also a piece of glass in each bedroom doing the same and I'm sure over the long period I'll live here. There will be others so I will definitely be back and use them. When a company is willing to come out to you and not complain about anything or charge you for a visit you better grab them. Also, they've been in business since the 1950s which says a whole lot.

When I picked up my car I asked for some info on the carnauba wax job he was supposed to have done. However, he didn't know the details, a young lady sitting next to him explained that the wax couldn't be applied to any plastic parts and it lasts for six months as opposed to the wash/wax that lasts three months. The price seemed even more outrageous after knowing that, the fact that my car is a convertible so there was no roof to wax, and the poor job of washing. Tim may be good at tinting windows, but don't go to him for detailing.

But that's ok... overall good job. They also installed my two rear hatch pistons while they were at it (I had just picked them up from O'Rielly's) for free. It is a 5 minute task, but still really nice of them to do it.

Drove around with a ton of alarms on the dash until they sourced a different one and installed it. Not really their fault, but I will note that the Lincoln City location (this one) operates out of a storage unit in a complex - not easy to get in and out of.

I decided to go with Allways Glass because they said they could install in two weeks. Long story short, it was almost two months before installation day and then they showed up with the wrong windows. I paid extra for bronze colored frames and they installed black framed windows and told me that they "would turn to bronze". Well . . . it's been over a year and they still look black. To top it off I had two sliders put in and one was installed upside down because. The rollers for the sliding screen are actually on the top! There was no apology or adjustment to price, just a LOT of excuses and some out-right lies. I would never consider working with them again.

The work was sub par and the final finished panels were shoddy and sloppy. When I pointed out the…read moreproblems the guy only stated that they repaired the area that was dented, instead of showing any concerns with making it right. The panel weren't painted correctly and were masked off in the wrong areas - which obviously was done by an amateur or someone who was in a hurry to "get it done fast" the edges of my fender wells are rough and sloppy looking as are the insides of the truck's bed rails. It even looks crappy when you open up the gas door. I'm working with my insurance company to see what can be done but am very disappointed with the quality. Do not take your vehicle here for repairs unless yours is already a bit junky.
