If the windshield isn't properly seated, the adhesives won't bond and your biggest safety feature is now a giant health hazard. However, he didn't know the details, a young lady sitting next to him explained that the wax couldn't be applied to any plastic parts and it lasts for six months as opposed to the wash/wax that lasts three months. The price seemed even more outrageous after knowing that, the fact that my car is a convertible so there was no roof to wax, and the poor job of washing. I paid extra for bronze colored frames and they installed black framed windows and told me that they "would turn to bronze". Well . . . it's been over a year and they still look black. To top it off I had two sliders put in and one was installed upside down because. The rollers for the sliding screen are actually on the top! There was no apology or adjustment to price, just a LOT of excuses and some out-right lies. I would never consider working with them again.
