Juan also refused to answer my texts. At first, I thought there might be some family crisis that would explain juan's failings. But I was able to confirm that no such crisis existed. The guy just didn't feel any obligation to treat customers with respect or even honor his own word. The only good thing about my experience with this... person, is that I found out what he is before letting him get his mitts on my baby, for which I am grateful. Based on my experience, I suspect the positive reviews he shows on his website were from family or employees. If a business owner lacks the integrity and professionalism to keep his promises and is so disrespectful of customers that he refuses to respond to appropriate contact from them, it just makes sense that he also wouldn't care much about doing a good job for them. If, despite this sincere warning, you decide to let juan get ahold of your vehicle... good luck. You're going to need it.

Zero stars for that, since credit card processing fees are considered a normal business expense that is tax deductible. Hence, they did a bit of double dipping. I did send them information and asked that they share with their accountant (who should know these things) and will hopefully convince them not to punish people for using a credit card.

This was in direct conflict with what we heard and experienced from the insurance company. In one conversation when we were asking questions he hung up on us after suggesting we might want to take our car elsewhere.
