She was so very sweet and nice and I had such a great time with my session. She consulted me with me about what she felt would work and allowed me to decide how to move forward with her suggestions after seeing results. She said she wanted to help me and after hearing her suggestions, I knew she wasn't upselling me. She shared the long list of services that she offered at her business and I was really surprised she had so much to offer! I happily scheduled a 2nd appt and looking forward to seeing Hue again. I booked online through their website and it was fairly easy to pick out what day and time i wanted. My service was done by Hue, and she did a great job on asking me to what my main concerns were about my skin and what treatments would help.Hue was very gentle while doing the facial and afterwards i could tell the difference of my skin and she got all of my clogged pores that i couldn't reach myself.Overall 10/10 would recommend! read more

My mom treated me to a facial here and the owner is so nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable! She gave me a towel to cover my upper body and let me choose a scent for the hot towel. I believe I got the moisturizing facial but I also have acne (my mom didn't know that). She walked me through every step and was very gentle. She even gave me a free service where she did extractions because of my acne. This shows that she really cares about her work and customers. I came here to do one session of the coolscupting for my arms, but I was sad I wasn't able to see any results. They told me that I would see somewhat of a difference in one session, but I did not. I worked so hard to save up for this treatment, only for it not to work. Overall, I spent about 300 on this and didn't see any change. I have a clean diet as well. The process consist of laying down on each side for about 40 mins on each side. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, they kept telling me there was a difference, when there wasn't. I have tried many facial places and this is by far the best my skin has been after a treatment! My skin is glowing, smooth and plump. Not only that but the contours of my face are more defined and lifted. I noticed it but I had people compliment me on my skin without me even saying I got a facial! I have been to different eyelashes and facial spas. Aside from being too way expensive, I find them not personalized. Hue is sensitive to her client's needs. The best part is she does everything with passion. She wants to see her client happy. The services I had with her were body sculpting, eyelash, and facial tightening. I see my belly and arms tighten for the 2nd session. I am super happy. Her eyelash service is superb. It took longer than my experience with other places, but the result was super satisfying. We've done them several times but we have to go all the way to Los Angeles for it, Not convenient for us since We live in the bay area. So I was so excited to booked an appointment for hubby & I. Update: while I can empathize with the on-going constructions (the nosie and unorganized services), I am still unhappy because the service is a 60-mins. When we pay for 60-mins, we expect that not 40 mins. The procedures were: cleanse (no explanation on what products are being used)- Vacumm cleansing (wasn't performed correctly) - Extraction (horribly done- she doesn't even know how to use the extractor) - Facial massage (with what I read on the bottle "'massage oil") - Clay mask + light therapy. All of this was done in 40 mins and everything was sloppy. When you are offering services and with such high prices, we expect better. ************** Came here with my bf. I have had better experiences. For the price $130 (oily facial $95+$35 for blue light add on), I expect led a lot more. Not to mention the service is 60 min session. It was rushed. Mine was done in 45 mins and my bf's was $40. It was overpriced for a not-so-great experience. It was also very unorganized and loud. Got a relaxing facial: massage chair, steam, exfoliating, mask, facial/neck/shoulder massage (smells like baby oil, if that's your jam). I paid the full price ($65)--no Groupon deals or other discounts. Given the price-to-performance ratio, I might not return. Important note about extractions: No extractions for relaxing facials, so they must have changed their services/prices. I did my homework and chose the relaxing facial because both the website and the sign next to the cash register specify extractions. According to those, regular facial is "simple extractions" and relaxing facial is "extractions." But according to the aesthetician, relaxing facials only include exfoliation; extractions are reserved for specialized services such as the oily skin facial--at $95. read more

You get a private room with a reclining massage chair while NH goes through her procedure. I was happy with my results afterwards, my face looks and feels cleaner and more refreshed. Everything is state of the art and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The treatment I had was to hydrate and firm my skin, and let me just say, I've had facials before in other places and my skin has never felt this firm and soft and hydrated as it has today! This is my go-to place for facial now. I always get the rejuvenating facial, by far this is the best one. The only facial which shows a result as soon the facial is done and also which lasts for days. My face has definitely become brighter and glowy. Luckily, I met a great esthetician, Ngoc Hue. After one treatment with Hue, my skin turned out to be fresher and my acnes calmed down a lot.
