Anna continued to tell me that I shouldn't be canceling (which I wasn't doing) because it hurts her business. After I told her I won't be coming back she doesn't get the clue and will continue to harass you. I've never experienced anything like this from a business provider before. I also worked in customer service my entire life. I hope Anna can get a grip and learn how to run her business with more professionalism. When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.
