I scheduled an appointment (yes, it's appointment only - no walk-ins) with Phuong via text so it was effortless and painless. Her studio is set up in the My Salon suites which offers multiple beauty services via different licensed specialists in separate rooms. When you arrive to the building, you can either text her and ping her on the call box and she will buzz you in. Upon arrival, you're met with an incredibly thoughtful interior design that just makes the suite aesthetically pleasing. It sets the tone for a relaxing spa environment -- she even has the lights and music to set the tone. Once you change and get situated on to the treatment bed, she assesses your skin to provide the best recommendation for a facial treatment. What this means is that she customizes every facial to the uniqueness and needs of each of her clientele's skin type. I love this approach because facials should not be a 'one size fits all' deal. Based on her assessment of my skin's condition, she got right to work. Every step in the process of the facial was explained -- she told me what she was doing and why she was doing it. Education is key so she kept me informed the entire time. It helps me understand what I need to do for at-home care also. From the cleansing, to the extractions, to the serums and creams, the mask, and even down to the neck and shoulder massage -- everything exceeded my expectations. Not only was she very thorough in her craft, but she was also very gentle which created a true spa like experience. I left her studio with clean and dewy skin. Excellent work all around! Phuong is very passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping others feel optimal about themselves -- and that's very clear in the delivery into her practice. Never going back there. I can go to another place that only charges $60/Hr and I get an awesome massage.

We spread out 3 different appointments. My first appointment was with Dr. Singh where we did 1ml of Juvederm volume XC in chin. Photos below show results of the first appointment 2 weeks after injection. My second and third appointment were done with Trinh. Second appointment we focused on adding projection to chin and smoothing out chin shadow using 1ml of Juvederm XC. I loved my experience with both service providers. However, I will be a lifelong client of Trinh's due to her honest, professional approach. You can tell she puts a lot of time and education into her practice and the results speak for themselves. The after photos (right) are after 1ml of Restalyn in the cheeks. I told her how I felt the right side of my face was much heavier than my left, and corrected by adding more volume which immediately gave me more facial symmetry, which is exactly what I was looking for. Trinh is also extremely communicative on social media and is easily reachable. Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it.
