It makes no sense why she double books or just allows anyone to go ahead of you even if you have an appointment. A handful of times, she's not even in her room! I was once stuck waiting 15 mins before leaving. When I got home, I received a text from her asking if I was still coming and why I didn't call her when I didn't see her. I admit it was my fault for not calling, but I was already frustrated (didn't think to check Yelp for her number) and I don't think I have to be the one to remind her she has an appointment??
