Unfortunately the graphs that were done years ago by another doctor had areas in which original hair did not need to be transplanted. After 20 years some areas in the front of my scalp became very thin and it did not look like it did 20 years ago. I knew most of my donor area had already been taken and I consulted Dr. Rosenelli to see if he might be able to improve the front hairline. He offered a realistic solution but also inform me that there was some limitations with the amount of donor area that I had left.
