I purchased hydrafacial treatment on Groupon for 80 minutes with facial. I give this salon one star. I had this treatment done with Cyndi. Esthetician table did not have a blanket and I was lying down on the table not covered with it. There was just disposable sheet. Cyndi started doing a procedure and in 5 minutes she disappeared to meet another customer. Then she returned and continued, she started using hydro machine on one side of my face and heard again that another customer came, so she left me again in the midd of the procedure and spent some time a new client. Then she returned and I did not hear that she washed her hands and continued to do procedure. This time I told het that she cannot leave me with other clients, I am her customer for 80 minutes. She said sorry and offered me to stay additional 10 minutes. Hydrafacial treatment wasn't performed correctly. She did not used any products, like serums . She missed all the necessary steps of this procedure: HydraFacial™ MD is a non-surgical, non-invasive skin treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, peels, extracts, and hydrates your skin with a single tool. She did none of them. She didn't clean, exfoliate, hydrate. And the end of my treatment she spray just a water on my face. Then she applied a mask and left me with it for 25 minutes! That included extra 10 minutes! Mask should be on the face approximate 5-10 minutes. She left me again alone and returned to other customer. There was no calming music, nice bed with blanket, not really clean room and cheap products and very bad service. read more

She was so aggressive with her techniques - doesn't know anything about cleansing/extraction and was just aggressively moving the extractor across my forehead. Within first 4 mins, she was done with cleansing my face, steaming and blackhead extraction. Even worse though is not sure what kind of products or unsanitary and used stuff she used on my face, my eyes were itching the entire time after and I woke up with really bad eye infection the next day! Found this place on Groupon for their laser mole removal treatment. I only did one treatment and the moles are either completely gone or significantly lightened. The laser leaves a small scab on the mole that falls off after a couple of weeks. Over several months the scar left gradually healed and vanished. You can pay per mole or for the whole face and it is a very fair price. After going to so many derms, this was the only place I found in the bay that had a laser treatment that worked! I came here because I bought a Groupon for a Hydrafacial.When I arrived I waited 30 minutes until I was taken to the room. Typically facialists ask your skin type or about any concerns you have, she did not ask any of those things and just started. I have sensitive skin and rosacea so not off to a good start. She had barely put the steam on and then only extracted the one obvious pimple I had and the blackheads on my nose. She didn't address any of the hormonal small blackheads I had on my chin! She also kept walking in and out of the room that wasn't ideal. Once we begun the Hydrafacial, she had an aggressive hand and half way through she said we had to stop because she had aggravated my face and it was all red. I have gotten Hydrafacials before and never had to stop, nor did my face turn red. Essentially I didn't end up getting the service I paid for. The rest of the session, she put a cooling mask that helped, but overall I wouldn't come back to this place. I went here because I seen the deal on Groupon. I got the fibroblast for under eyes and nasal folds. My nasal folds are fine just waiting for the redness to go away in a few months. But under my eyes has been permanently scared! The skin under my eyes now has to be corrected. It looks like chicken skin under my eyes! They're scars, they've completely healed and now I have the scars (bumps) all under my eyes now.
