NEW Location in Downtown Ashland (across from the Plaza, next to Flip Burger). This location is NOT A TASTING ROOM. The only tasting they currently offer is Kombucha flights (4, 5oz tastings =$10). That's it. IF they want to market themselves as a "tasting room", then they might consider offering non-alcoholic wine flights and/or flight tasting of the unique elixirs they sell by the bottle. There are already 2 other places downtown that offer Kombucha flight tastings, and they have more spacious seating areas and stay open past 6pm. I wouldn't come here just for that. They do have a list of beverages on tap (Dr. Brew, Moxie, Humm and more) and creative "functional cocktails" that range from ~$8-10 per 12oz cup (with ice). The 3 functional cocktails we purchased were tasty combinations. If you find a kombucha brand/flavors you really like, I found most readily available at our local stores for a fraction of the cost *in Ashland*. I like the idea of having one place selling all things non-alcoholic without sacrificing the fun and creative aspects of mixology. This place focuses on creative and health-conscious alternatives to the standard beer, wine, and liquor stores. There are lots of unique, handmade, locally sourced items for sale throughout the boutique-style shop. We have a special celebration coming up and want it to be welcoming for everyone. We prefer to support a LOCAL BUSINESS rather than order online whenever possible. We did purchase a variety of canned and bottled beverages that Chris recommended *fingers crossed* There is a wide variety of interesting-looking elixirs and "wines" available, but without being able to taste anything it's hard to convince myself to spend $6-9 for a single can of something and/or $30-50 for a bottle of something that I might not like. The prices here are about the same as seen online, manufacturer's website and amazon, so there are no deals or hidden gems here when purchasing full bottles. I do like the convenience of having so many health-conscious alcohol alternatives in one place. It has the most extensive collection of NA beverages I've seen in one shop. And they always have the coolest edibles and drinks with adaptogens. Today I purchased a mushroom-infused chocolate bar that's filled with adoptogens and herbs that support intimacy. I was skeptical that it would be worth the premium price tag ($12.99 pre-tax), but it was very effective ;) The service can be less than stellar depending on whose working. We stumbled upon this gem on a Sunday afternoon. My partner and I do not drink alcohol as we are very health conscious, we still love to enjoy yummy drinks and mocktails. This first of a kind (that we know of!) Mocktail bar is an incredible find with a huge selection of alcohol-alternatives and adaptogen/ functional drinks in bottles and cans. What a wonderful addition to the Belmont shore community! The owner was our bartender and he made us feel so welcomed. He is very knowledgeable and will help you pick out the drinks as well since there is so many choices! The drinks were delicious. From the very first time I tried kombucha, after first sip- was NOT a fan. BUT after stumbling upon this neighborhood gem, Eric has converted me to a kefir lova lova! This shop specializes in non alcoholic "spirits" and has a great selection! Their tap selection is pretty well versed with different flavors. I am so grateful that this non alcoholic bar exists! I was having a rough day and am trying to kick drinking to the curb. So instead of running for a wine or smoke, I came here instead! It was such a wonderful experience and great decision. Jamie was supremely helpful and kind. Not only did she take the time to explain the drinks, their ingredients and adaptogens, but she also showed me around the in store products. What's more, the drink she recommended completely helped me calm down, relax and release stress. It's so nice to not only see other folks enjoying NA drinks, but the coupling with self care products is a thoughtful touch. Anyone on this journey knows that it's just as much about learning to self love which includes learning to self care! It's not in my budget this month but I have my heart set on a massage oil and toner here. I can't wait to bring lady friends to this spot! I recently found Hummingbird heart and I LOVE it! They have such a calm and welcoming atmosphere in the store. I gave up alcohol and have been interested in trying the many NA mocktails and spirits, but they can be a little pricy and hit or miss when it comes to flavor. Hummingbird Heart has many popular drinks available to sample before you buy and they are very knowledgeable about the ingredients and drinks that have adaptions and other ingredients that promote either a social feeling or a more relaxed feeling. Sadly they will be closing in October 2024 and moving to Portland Oregon but they are online and have all the same things on their website so I still plan to be a customer in the future! Hummingbird heart is a kombucha bar and seller of proprietary health elixirs. I call it contemporary snake oil. Not in a pejorative sense, but let it reflect my skepticism of some of these concoctions. Tell them how you want to feel and they have a tonic for that. Many types, many contain cbds. The shop is a warm space and the younger, beautiful staff is very friendly and helpful. The place has good energy. I think the owner was a cannabis shop owner, so owing this place seems like a natural progression. Give it a try! They also have a large stock of non alcoholic alcohol replacements if you are seeking such a thing. Imagine a whiskey that isn't whiskey. Nuff said. read more

This is such cool spot! We came in today and met the owners who couldn't have been more accommodating! We sampled a few of the kombucha's on tap and had one of the mixed drinks. We ended up buying a few different NA bottles and some teas. You can buy growlers of the booch which is a great way to sample a few different ones. I only wish they were closer to us but we will definitely be back for one of their many events.
