My stylist, Rovina, and her entire team took the time to listen and work through the correction, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Everyone who saw my hair the next day raved about it! This salon and its stylists are very capable of handling challenging color corrections--my hair is proof of that. I also want to point out that another client who commented on my experience did not know my situation, what had happened at the previous salon, or the conversations I had with Rovina and her team before and during my appointment. Hair appointments, especially color services, require communication between the client and stylist. I came in knowing what I wanted and provided honest feedback from the beginning and throughout my appointment. My stylist listened, asked questions, and we communicated along the way. If something is a firm "no" or you're uncomfortable with the direction your hair is taking, it's important to speak up so your stylist has an opportunity to adjust. The music playing in the background and the tea provided also made the experience even better. Speak up, be a great client, and communicate openly--they want you to have a great experience, too. As a first-time client, I was very satisfied with my experience, my stylist, and most importantly, my hair.
