I provided them with a version of what I wanted. They had to remake the design with their computer software so it was high definition which I appreciated since it wouldn't have looked good without the update. When my order was ready they allowed for curbside pickup and a cc payment by phone. Super easy. On top of all of that I made an error in my measurements. I reached out and explained my error and they recreated the decals at no cost! There prices were very reasonable (less $$ than online) and their customer service was amazing. I did! The expertise the owner has - it's amazing. He knows everything about what you need or could possible want in printing. Not knowing the lingo - I awkwardly described how I needed my printing to look for a project and it was spot on. He translated my layman language into exactly what I needed for the city. Value is great - I'd much rather spend the money with a local business than the chains like Fedex. Support local - print over at Jp Graphics! His web interface is also very easy to use. You can upload your raw file and select your print requirements and pay for it online. Then you simply pick it up on-site - they tell you when it is ready!

Anyway when I called custom signage the ignored my calls and text and and still fighting for a partial refund cause they DONT DO REFUNDS!!!and if they do its a partial refund so they still make money so I guess they think they can keep my $990 when they haven't did anything not even came to my house to do the estimate they did it by phone.I Am still fighting for my money back.i told them To jus give my custom cameras they bought and can't return to me and forget the refund nope can't do that so they probly didn't even buy them then told them fine come do the install nope they refuse to do that. We were never given a contract to review or sign. After giving them our deposit which we were rushed to do so they could the installation we never received a confirmation call. Expecting the company to show up on the date we agreed on no one showed or called. (Lost a day of work). After contacting the company we had to choose another date which again no show no call. After going back and forth with company I finally asked for a refund. It was at this time they decided to show us the contract where it says no refunds. Now the company is refusing to even install the products I have already paid for or return my money. We have never meant with any person from this company and they do not respond to phone calls everything is through text messages. Very impersonal and unprofessional. I thought this company was going to be great to work with. Completely dissatisfied.
