Moving from brightly lit streets on Long Island & NYC to the dark night driving of CT, has cost me some bumps and dings, and other things over the last decade. COTALING'S, is always there for me. They do a lot of work for the people in surrounding neighborhoods, but are never too busy for their customers. From the first visit through the years. It's so true. They are a fabulous family group, it's fun to see everybody working generationally together; grandpa, grandma to sons and daughters, spouses and grandkids, and likely great-grands. I see the reviews below, where people who dont understand cars make complaints like "the repair price changed", but do they not understand that you get an ESTIMATE and then when parts are removed, they find things like Broken Brackets or a crack in a headlight. At the end of the day, what is important (at least to me) is that the car comes back as good or better than it went in and I will say that Billy and his team are the most professional team and perfectionists. If I had any complaint it would be that sometimes, it takes a bit longer to get "perfection" than estimated, but I assure you that you get your car back perfect!

We called Bob immediately to give him the "green light" to proceed with the job of replacing our bumper. The parts were ordered promptly and when it arrived, we brought the car in. A day and a half later, I came home with my beautiful 2012 RAV4 that looked as good as new. I was so happy that I just had to let other Yelp readers know about my wonderful experience. To Yelp readers, I will say that I am extremely impressed by the service I received from Bob's Collision Center and the price was very reasonable, too.

Other repair shops told me that they would need to source a used part (new part no longer available), cut out the section between the headlights, then weld the used part into place. Well, I didn't want a used part (probably rusty) on my car. Bob's was the only shop that said they could repair the damage without requiring a used donor part. The results exceeded my high expectations - the repair is perfect in every way (see the before and after photos). This week, Bob replaced/repainted a rear bumper cap on my Infiniti. His estimate was right in line with other shops (actually a little less), and once again, the repair is perfect. I'm not planning to have an accident any time soon, but if I do, Bob's Collision Center is my go-to shop. With fair pricing, meticulous attention to detail, courteous service, and expert repair, why would I look elsewhere?
