With her taking multiple tables in various spots throughout the restaurant, it would've been beneficial for management to step in and run her bottle of wine for her. Or have server assistants more present to clear the table for her. Again, I don't fault her. She truly did great with the insane amount of work she had going on, but that style of service isn't sustainable. It's unfair to staff and guests. I hope to either see more maintainable sections or more help on the floor for my next visit.
