Also the staff at the counter - they were so sweet! However, once I arrived home & I opened the box - the slices are HUGE! But I've never had a slice of pizza that was kind of "soft", if that makes sense. It had a great flavor & I loved the taste of it! So I started to wonder if the softness was just because I drove about 17 minutes home. So about a week later, I stopped by to purchase one slice of pizza to go. But this time, as soon as I got inside my car - I opened it up & ate it on the way home. But it had the same "softness" as the first slices that I'd purchase last week. Again - the flavor was very yummy but I couldn't hold the slice up without it sort of "falling" pretty much all the way down - if that makes sense! So, next time - I'm going to eat my lunch there. Because it's possible it was really soft both times because I ordered it to go. So I called the store to see if I had done something wrong, I spoke to Martin, the manager, he asked for the name the order was under, and said he would take care of it and was sorry for the inconvenience. Approximately 30 minutes later, my doorbell rang, and a gentleman was there with my order, turns out it was Martin, he said he wanted to personally deliver my order, and that the cinnamon bread was in there. We order from Jet's a couple of times a month, their food is delicious and always comes just as we ordered. And a big shout out to Martin and the other employees there at the Creighton Rd location, they really do a top notch job!!! Highly recommend!!!

That was good, this is great! What was even greater than the pizza was the care and attention provided by the manager. I was greeted right away upon arrival and found my order ready and waiting, a few minutes before it was promised. Joshua (manager) took the time to share information with me about the pizza, the business, and what they're known for... the Ranch dressing, which was phenomenal! The storefront is takeaway only, no tables or booths, but as long as you take it home straightaway you're sure to enjoy a delicious meal! I will just mention that the manager is so committed to making sure his customers are happy, he called me to see how I liked the food. Joshua has a bright future ahead of him, I'm sure! These places are getting greedy when it doesn't cost no where near that to make a pizza. For having everything on the pizza there was no flavor or taste at all I don't know if it's because there was no seasoning or what. Plus when we got the credit statement and they don't give a receipt when it's to go apparently. The girl added a $5.00 tip! I never authorized $5.00 for a tip when she did nothing? I Called right away and told someone that answered. She told me she'd get back to me. She did was follow through and called me back, whoever she talked to said they would give the tip back on the charge card.. Like it was no big deal. I just wonder if the one who did it still has a job! It's one of the biggest scams right now That employees are doing. It happened in NC too not to me but to someone I know. (This includes every table and chair in the outside area). I have mentioned the chair and table issue to the Manager and he tells me that those above him will not address the Table/Chair issue. If this wasn't enough Gloom and Doom, they have recently added an outside Inflatable TUBE MAN for advertising. The decibel rating is horribly high, to be situated only 8-10 steps from the outside eating area. (another upper management executive decision) Too bad that Management cant fix these small significant issues. So, it boils down to a real Craps-Shoot; almost, how you ordered it food, keep a death-grip on your beverage container, sit on plenty of napkins and bring your ear plugs for the outside area.
