Well I decided to try them again on business trip and learned they are now 12$ for 3. So I decide grab couple orders to see if we're better than last time. Uhhhh , hell no. They give side of fries or upcharge u a 1$ (making it 13$) for 3 and let's just say. Ripoff. I got tots with buffalo rub on for myself and regular for my lady. Well they put buffalo rub on both (which she can't stand and it shook off onto the tacos) then look at pic of how much meat u get for 13$. They are unable to figure out how to use an athletic card discount; you know, the ones they agree to sponsor for school athletics. So, I place a large order and for some reason, they are unable to ad my reward points because something is wrong with their app. In short, they offer discounts and rewards they are unwilling to let you use. Then their manager, Brandon, advises that he knows nothing about how the app or discounts work, so there is nothing he can do. I am huge fan of this location! The staff here are amazing, especially the manager Emily, great person. Not even to mention the food, its gets to me pretty gosh darn fast, and is always good and warm, If your going here for the first time and want something fun to eat, try the mac and cheese burger! We have bern watching the entire football season bww The wait staff and the shift managers have been. Outstanding . We came to watch the playoff game and were treated like garbage by the general manager who we had never seen before. We normally are allowed to sit in the bar area without checking in..for the playoffs they changed it up ave said you Had to be on a list. We were not notified the last Sunday we were there. She had no appreciation for our loyal patronage. So we were seated in the locker room...we left ..we go there for the energy of the place. I couldn't tell much about the place but it looks like it might be a good place to hang out and watch some sports. But the food, what I had of it, was really underwhelming. WOW! What a fantastic burger place. The family stopped here to celebrate after a graduation. The time was about 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was packed and taking names. We waited about 25 minutes and it was well worth the wait. The entire party ordered the new All-American Cheeseburger with fries and onion rings. The burger was ferfect. Cooked to order, the temperature was hot when the burger came out and presentation was inviting. The menu was bulky and presented on a clipboard and the lighting was dim and hard to read the menu. They have decided to create their own set of rules that NO OTHER location has, and enforce them. Yesterday I went to checkout an order online to pick up at the restaurant. And the website was having a problem, telling me to call the store. I called the store and couldn't get through only hearing a busy tone. I gave up after trying several times on the phone and online. Today I called at 11am and placed a simple order to pickup at 6:45pm. At 6:45pm I arrive and ask for my food and they tell me to wait in my car and they will bring it out. Ten minutes later I go back and ask for my food again. They couldn't find my food and didn't have my name. So I went home to call my gift cards numbers and was notified that I was charged for my food. I went back to the store and they realized my order was under "Mason" when it should've said "Nathan" which was not good. They made the order fresh for me and after waiting ten minutes I was headed home to feed my family an hour later than I planned all day. The name mistake, the busy phone calls, and the non-working website are service failures and I'd like to receive a gift card for my trouble and time that was wasted. Fast seating on a Saturday night. The place was quite. We had a very friendly waitress. I was disappointed with the craft beer draft choices. I sampled one and did not like it. The waitress recommended a beer that was on a daily special. She clearly stated the name of the beer however in my mind I heard something different, I ended up ordering a nasty beer. My fault. The waitress could tell I was unhappy and checked with the manager to see about exchanging the beer for a different one. THE MANAGER SAID NO!..I accept that it was my fault however in the name of customer service I think it would have been the right thing. I did not drink the nasty beer. I had to wash my "okay" nachos down with water as I refused to order another beer. Summary: They lost out..I will not return to this location. I usually drink 2 beers with dinner. I ordered only 1. The wings are the same as they always have been pretty good. I always get light sauce or else they drown them. My only complaint is the price they are getting way to expensive, and the carrot slices are so thin they are cutting them in 5-6 strips. They are milking everything they can get out of them. Thieving Robbers!!! Not the first time this BWW location outright stole from me. Ordered delivery from their website, and got confirmation. Called DoorDash and Customer Care said they never got the order and no driver was assigned. BWW website says order was taken and payment was accepted. Try to call, but it goes unanswered (at 7:45 on a weekday night). Pathetic! Also had rewards points stolen to buy food for one of their employees. I have been stopping in at this fine establishment for years. WHY? I can always count on getting my beer fast, my food is consistently good and the staff is overwhelmingly professional and engaging. Big shout out to managers Phil and Mike, these guys know how to make a good evening a great night. Always doing all the little things that make a restaurant run smoothly. Extremely disappointed with this place. Came in for some sports and a chill night with friends and beer. The food took forever, wings were cold and I had to approach the bar for my beer - that I ordered at my table. The manager came over and apologized but then immediately tried to blame the night in the fact that they had to cancel a trump rally viewing party and were being flooded with calls and complaints. How is that my problem? Maybe don't make a political statement and just make wings? The fact that the manager felt the responsibility lay elsewhere was the last straw. My boyfriend and I come here quite frequently. He definitely eats here more than I do, being a sports fan and the great location off the highway. I'm writing this review mostly because every-time were in this establishment we are always blown away with the managers expertise and service. Whenever things start to tip and go downhill with our service or food or anything, Jake is always there guiding his staff with corrections and ensuring our service is nothing but excellent. As I mentioned, were in here pretty often. We recognized much of the staff but every now and then we get a new staff member or one who doesn't really feel like being at work that day. (It shows). Last evening we ordered and ate food, our waitress was lethargic, didn't tell us about the specials going on (i found out from my bf after i ordered my drink it was $3 you call its), our appetizer was cancelled because they were out of buffalo tots.. (we WILL be back for these!) she came back and took a new appetizer order and our food order. well she came back with my bf's chicken but split them up between the 2 of us... she asked if everything looked okay, and i mentioned I ordered a sandwhich.. not wings. she didn't even put in my order because it took another 20 min.. Jake swung by to check on us and realized what had happened... within minutes he had extra wings at our table and my sandwhich in his hand! This is not the first time Jake has come through to us and we have always left leaving with a great experience.
