So, I place a large order and for some reason, they are unable to ad my reward points because something is wrong with their app. In short, they offer discounts and rewards they are unwilling to let you use. Then their manager, Brandon, advises that he knows nothing about how the app or discounts work, so there is nothing he can do. Total incompetence and a scam through advertising something they are truly not willing to let their customers use.
