If I could give this business zero stars I would have. They should have their franchise revoked due to the way they treat their customers. We have ordered from hungry howies in howell for some time now but the past few times it's not up to parr. It's almost like eating a frozen pizza. To bad it use to be good. I really enjoy this pizza place. My pizza looked like commercials last night. It was hot, fresh, and the cheese was still empty when I got home. I don't know the employee's name, but one gentleman is always there and very upbeat. He appears to be efficient and has been working there for a few years. It is great place for pizza. We ordered pizza for delivery and waited two hours and they never showed up. We ended up calling and telling them to refund our money. No one even reached out to us to tell us they couldn't find our place or anything. We called three times before we finally asked for the refund. Ridiculous. I am giving Hungry Howie's a great review. I had written a very bad review in which I told it like it was. I gave Hungry Howie's a 1 star when in all reality it should have been a zero star. I wrote how I had gotten raw pizza from this location. I had just about had it with this Pizza Place. However, I'm writing to commend Hungry Howie's in Howell Michigan 48843 for the quick turn around and to Thank them for taking my complaint seriously enough to do a 100 degree turn around. I am back !!!!I'm ordering pizza from you again and I have always thought this location was tops until it went horribly wrong. I wanted so bad to give Hungry Howie's another chance, after getting horrible pizza's and several orders from them that were not them. I swore up and down I would never go back to this location. There was something wrong in Peoria. I don't want to Get into all the details of why we stopped going to Hungry Howie's Howell. We stopped eating Pizza because of all the problems we had with getting uncooked Pizza's and much more. They listened and now were back as customer's. The last 6 pizza's have ordered have been cooked fantastic . Thank You Hungry Howie's for giving my family and I a great tasting, well cooked Pizza. One more thing I personally want to thank all the employees and Management for correcting the problem and for working behind the scene's. Poor customer service. Manager is rude at best, employees don't know their promotions. If I could rate it with no stars I would.

We have ordered here several times, last time was on 9/17/2016 and they screwed up our pizza. So I called & talked to Todd who was very apologetic and respectful & he offered a replacement order I could drive back for (not a great deal) or $5 off our next order. I chose the $5 off our next order and thought how nice. Until today 9/28/2016 when I tried to use the $5 credit on an order totaling $10.60. I spoke to Steve, and after he gave me the $10.60 total I questioned it and he said let me correct that total for you and came back with a total of $8.99. So I said that can't possibly be right. He said, "it is because you still have to pay tax." I said no, tax isn't that much...& then he proceeded to tell me "well you can use a special or you can pay full price and use the $5 discount." I replied so for you all screwing up our order we received nothing... he tried to "make me understand" that it was something and I said no, I understand it isn't something, it's nothing, to which his smart ass replied and I quote, "Oh you understand? You understand how our system works? You've worked here before?" I immediately questioned his smart ass remarks and demanded a manager at which point he claimed he was the manager of that location... which if he is...how about some customer service training, STEVE!!!!! Here's the deal smart ass -- if I have to pay full price to use the $5 discount then you all have offered NOTHING for screwing up our order because we could get that deal ANYTIME. And your smart ass sarcasm to a customer who still chose to support you after you messed up has earned you ZERO business from us EVER AGAIN. The Hungry Howie's on Grand River Howell, Mi 48843 phone: 517-548-0067 has changed big time. The pizza's use to be excellent and I loved it. Then something happened these last 8 month's. A change in management or something but all of sudden the Pizza's are horrible, yuck!!! My first bad experience was about 8 or 9 month's ago when I got home from picking up a Hungry Howie's pizza. I opted to pickup the pizza. When I got home my family was over starving. My wife opened the box and there it was Hungry Howie's Pizza not fully cooked Pizza. My wife heated up the oven up and cooked the rest of the pizza. It just didn't taste good. My wife and I thought that was weird that never happened to us before. We chalked it up as a mistake and moved on. My wife ordered Hungry Howie's pizza 4 weeks later. We got home to eat our delicious Hungry Howie's the pizza was totally 85 percent raw. My wife again finished cooking the pizza in our oven and it tasted horrible. That time I call and I spoke to one of the manager who apologized under his breath. He didn't offer a refund or free pizza. The next pizza was overdone and was cooked with no pizza Sause, strike 3. We now threw away 6 total pizza's without an offer or a refund That night we ate at Burger King. What use to be a 5 star Pizza I now rated 50 below zero. After 3 month's of not getting Hungry Howie's we decided to try one more time. This time the pizza had Sause, cheese and was over cooked pizza, Yuck again.. I haven't a clue what the heck is going on at that location but they need to do some heavy training. We are going there tonight and I'm hoping and praying something has changed in the last couple months. It's at a point now where I will give it one more try and then it's over for me. I called for carry out...tonight I get a man on the phone who knows what he is doing, right....not!!!!! Me: hello, do you have a pizza I read I can get 2 pizza's one item for 5.99 Yes we do would you like that, yes. I left the house as they told the pizza would be done in 15 minutes. I drive around waiting for the clock in the car to hit 15 min. At exactly 15 min I walk into the store. The guy behind the register had an attitude. He says to me 15.98. Oh no, that's not right. Cocky he says you ordered two Pizza's, here look. I said you just told me 5.99 for 2 pizza's. Finally I relented. The kid says we'd never give you two pizza's for 5.99. I asked for a 2 liter pepsi. He get's my pizza out of a holding area and grabs my pop and literally pushes at me very hard. Part of me wanted to eat this kid alive but my Marine Corp training kicked in and I walked out as he just wasn't worth it. I get home open the Pizza with the family and it's cooked. My kids take the first bite and spit it out. What's wrong I ask??? Dad it's burnt. Looking at the bottom of the pizza it was burnt. I told my family never again. I had a horrible experience with a wrong order, missing sauces, and terrible customer service. I called to rectify the situation asking to talk to a manger without disclosure of the call. I was greeted with an abrupt representative who did not want to listen to my call but asked and I do quote "What do you want? Do want us to come back out? Do you want a credit?" When I told him I just didn't get what I was expecting ( I ordered howie wings that were covered in sauce an saggy/ fatty after asking for well done- I had always had them seasoned and baked). He got defensive and laughed at me stating "well ma'am we changed that 3 years ago" and laughed. Not professional as a manager. No sauce came either and I left a $5 tip on a $12 order, again i don't blame the delivery person as they are not part of the ordering process. I am just explaining I am not happy paying for a service, giving good tip in good faith, and being disregarded and more laughed at when I call to inquire even stating how I should order. The "Manager" Shawn was condescending, gave me a voicemail number( Todd Tomkains in Nevada) to take my concerns to and declined to give me a franchise owner email (Bob Wilkinson- he was not sure if his name was Bob or Robert legally). I am waiting for a response, but i would expect more from any customer service facility. I wasn't asking for anything nor will I ever accept it or go back there. I was very disappointed that I am a working parent who came home and had more work to do and promised my kids a treat. It was 2217(10:17pm) when I placed my order, it was 2306(11:06) when my favorite pizza place lost my service... I will tell as many people as I can.
