Watched the Red Wings there yesterday. It was fun sitting at the bar and cheering them on. They have a nice beer selection. Food is eh. My fried pickles were mushy and my portabella mushrooms were overcooked. Service is fine. Both times that I've been here I had to wait longer than I should to get served. Stopped in here for some drinks while watching football and it was perfect. Kind of has the feel of an ole school bar atmosphere. They have great weekday and weekend specials of $4.50 and the list is pretty decent. I did notice they have decent special pricing for wings and such also. Bar staff was attentive and we had a good time. We didn't order any food so I can't comment that. All and all we would be back for drinking and hanging out with friends. read more

Super disappointed with their food. Both my husband and I ordered chicken sandwiches. The photo showed this huge beautiful thick chicken sandwich. When the food came out, the chicken was about a quarter inch thick. Hardly any sauce, and the bun was rock hard. I got fries as my side and they were very stingy with them and they were way over seasoned. Had given this place a second chance, but there's no third chance in the future. read more

Food is a corporate set menu however they have bigger wings than others in Hartland and make them crispy but still tender and juicy. They have a good tap selection and make some fun cocktails. The Bartenders and Servers are very nice and professional. They have a wall of 52 inch flat panels to watch your favorite games. And you can even follow the keno numbers on one of them so you can see the numbers from anywhere in the place. read more

The good: service, atmosphere, variety of options. Appetizer was decent. The bad: fish and chips were awful. Maybe that was on me for ordering fish at a wing place but the fish was overcooked and dry. Long blonde hair in basket of food. Couldn't get past 2 bites even after picking out the hair. Coleslaw was watered down and flavorless. My family and I eat wings regularly and have tried just about every place in Livingston county... these wings were nothing special. First impressions are what counts. Arrived for a pickup order at about 8:00 on Thursday. Took the waitstaff at least 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence at the door. I did however notice they were eager to bring drinks and shots to every table while I and another carry-out patron were standing there. Suggestion? Need to have a single person at the door greeting and taking care of folks. Don't depend on the waitstaff to do that task as their focus is more on the tip-providing patrons at their tables than little old me picking up and leaving. The wings? Comparable to a bag of Tyson Anytisers. No distinct difference other than the fact they can toss them in your select sauce or you can have it on the side. I can toss my own wings at home. If you're looking for drinks, this is the place to go as they have LOTS of specials. Wings? Try elsewhere. read more

I would honestly give this place 4 stars, but I've got to make up for all the Karen's with unrealistic expectations. You can have Pinterest-worthy interior design for all your Instagram posts, or you can have reasonably priced wings. You don't get both. This is Hartland/Howell. If you're sick of BWW and don't want to get ripped off by DWC, this is the place. Is it fancy? No. Is it Brighton? No. For the nerd saying "I can spin my own sauces at home" that's basically every wing place, and you're more than welcome. You can also make a burger at home, drink beer at home, make fries at home, etc so maybe just stay home? This place has been more than accommodating for carry out when I'm coming in from the airport late at night and my ETA was 5 minutes after close. Good people, good wings. read more

Placed a doordash order with them tonight (This isn't ONLY about the price, I know DD marks up the prices, it is what it is.) But here is my problem with this establishment. I give them credit for the fact that their sauces are actually pretty good. However, the rest of the food is the issue. We ordered (in order to test a variety of food); 1) Honey Mustard Chicken Bacon Swiss with a side of their new white cheddar curds - The sandwich itself was boxed with the curds, so automatically there was grease everywhere. The chicken was WAY over cooked and had a charcoal taste to the edges of it. The honey mustard was just LATHERED over the sandwich in an attempt to either cover it up, or give it flavor. That's all I can say about the sandwich, it was VERY mediocre, reminiscent of a Mcdonalds sandwich at Red Robin prices. The cheese curds,.... now I'm truly confused at these. They didn't taste anything like White cheddar. They tasted like a heavily greased mozzarella bite. Then add in the fact that it feels like they took it from the fryer to the container without draining it at all, made it then taste mostly of grease. Add in the fact that these were the tiniest curds I've seen in a hot minute, and lacked flavor which is hard to do and half of them were empty shells! 2) Chicken Tenders with "bavarian pretzel bites" - The chicken tenders LEGIT tasted like Tyson tenders. They lacked the very basic element of seasoning. Add in the fact that they were very uniform in appearance,... makes me question the commitment to quality when you're literally called "wings etc". That's 2 out of 2 times that the chicken has been pretty bad,..... just an observation. The "Bavarian pretzel bites",... and I'm sure you are wondering why I keep putting them in quotations,... tasted 100% of store bought pretzels bites. Barely any salt on them. Wasn't expecting a diamond in the rough from this, but definitely expected more than what was given. 3) Rip tibs, 8 bbq, 2 bbq rubbed - These were one of the bigger disappointments of the night. HOW can you server BURNT rib tips and be happy with yourselves? The rubs tasted ONLY of charcoal / char, no flavor at all and were dryer than the desert. The bbq ones only TASTED okay because it was lathered in the sauce. The meat itself was overcooked to high hell. 4) Chips and queso - What can he say bad about this you'd think? Honestly little, but definitely shouldn't be proud of that. The cheese was okay, was almost luke warm by the time we got it (and considering that we live 5 minutes away and our dasher had to WAIT for the food, is truly sad) and the chips tasted stale. Not to mention that you get around a half of cup of cheese and stale chips for $9. The meal came to very near $60, and the quality tasted like it should've been less than $20. First time, and most definitely last time here. read more

We had an excellent experience at this Wings Etc back on April 6th. They were able to accommodate our large group of almost 30 people after a basketball tournament. Our server Mikaela was very organized and did an amazing job of keeping everything straight, but it was truly a team effort. They made sure water glasses were full, we had drink refills, and plates were cleared so we could enjoy hanging out with our friends and watching the games. Will definitely come back when we are in the area for another tournament. read more

WARNING!!! Do not order online! Estimated time for online ordering was between 20 to 25 min. I got here about 25 min later from ordering and I had to wait another 50 min. I asked to speak with the manager and all he told me that the website ordering is always wrong. I tried explaining to him that I get it but when you have to wait another 50 min in your car for your order it gets kind of ridiculous. Unfortunately the manager didn't see past the website wait time being wrong and didn't even offer any incentive to come back except for "hope you give us another try". Lol, really?! Atmosphere feels like you are in a banquet hall. Bright lights and cheap stackable chairs. There were TVs the middle that were covered in dust and cobwebs. We ordered the fried mushrooms as an appetizer. They had a thick very crunchy and flavorless batter. Almost like a panko breading. Would not recommend. For dinner we ordered boneless wings. More crunchy batter. A bit over cooked. The sauces were drizzled over the wings rather than tossing the wings in the sauce. This made the sauce very thick in some spots and non existent in others. Curly fries After the owner responded on my review, I looked at the pictures on-line to be sure it was the correct restaurant and it is. I modified the review to specify it was the "boneless" wings that were ordered and they most definitely did have batter. There's a winter advisory storm warning so we weren't going to make a 20 min drive to Buffalo Wild Wings and found the next best thing. They're known for their award winning wings. We ordered their bulk boneless wings (50 for $49 including tax) and you could choose as many flavors as you wanted. We got parmesan garlic, bbq, hot-honey garlic, "tweener", and wango. If you're use to Buffalo Wild Wings' garlic Parmesan, it's very different but not terrible. Wango (mango habanero) was their second hottest flavor - there is a kick but if you like spice it wasn't that spicy/hot. BUT, it is very flavorful. Overall, wings were good and flavorful. This was literally the worst dining experience my husband and myself have EVER had. We stopped in for a "quick bite" after a round of golf hoping to be in and out since it was 8:00 pm on a Wednesday night. There was maybe 6 tables inside (we chose outside since COVID, duh) and there was one couple out there with us. So here is our story... We arrived at 8:00 pm and the host was very kind but said she couldn't remember the special (whatever, she is a kid...no worries). 8:05 waitress comes...we order a draft beer and margarita. 8:20...still no beer or margarita or sign of waitress. 8:25 another waitress is flagged down and she went to get our drinks. Now it's 8:30 and we chose to keep the new waitress instead of the original. Mind you, the manager was chatting the ENTIRE time with the table down the row! Never checked on us or anything. Not even after switching waitress. But ok...they claim the drink order "got lost". My marg was very average...nothing special. BUT...the kicker is that my husband ordered a Summer Shandy draft (which just came out for summer recently) and it was flat. Literally, no bubbles whatsoever. I don't even know how that is possible. We kept joking that John Taffer (the bar rescue guy) was going to walk in and make us laugh at any point. So we order a burger and traditional wings. Burger was very average and loaded with BBQ sauce which is probably why it tasted decent. The wings (and trust me, my husband LOVES his wings), were very over cooked (I could literally hear crunching), and he said the sauce was the only decent part of his meal. In the end it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for two drinks and two meals. I would recommend you try ANY other restaurant in Hartland other than this one. Literally. What made me the most frustrated is that I have worked at three restaurants during my college days and I could literally see the manager and he didn't give two hoots about what was happening at his restaurant. **UPDATE**After a couple not so great experiences I left a poor review. One of the owners contacted me, apologized and asked how they could make it right. I gave some suggestions, which he seemed very responsive to and gave us a $50 gift card and asked us to give them another chance. So we did, we ordered appetizers, dinner, and dessert and it was all REALLY good! They got everything right on a pretty large order, the staff was friendly, the service was timely even though they were super busy. That being said, I think the folks here are striving to make things right and I give them credit for that. We will be back again in the future. read more

This atmosphere is a lot like any pub type place. We were waited on in a timely fashion. Our waiting time to receive our food seemed to be quite long. Our waitress apologized several times, was very attentive, but not pushy. She was actually the best thing about this pub. The food was good, and, the portion size was bigger than many places. There were two things that were very irritating. The first thing, was a woman announcer who kept interrupting the music with announcements. The second is the music. It is so loud, we almost yell at each other when we talk to each other. I believe, if you went there to party and drink, it would be great. read more

I thought our waitress was wonderful and I enjoyed the large cold mugs of Miller light. I think you have some of the best wings that I have ever had, large and cooked until they are nice and crispy. The only problem is the sauce. There is hardly any sauce at all. The waitress did bring us an extra cup of sauce but that still really was not enough. I think if you would let the oil drain from the wings for a few seconds and then tossed them in the sauce they would be fantastic. That's not going to keep me from returning. Like I said the wings were some of the best I've ever had I would just ask the waitress for a couple extra sides of sauce. My husband, son and I went on a Wednesday at about 5:30. Right off the bat, the table was sticky. The waitress that we had didn't understand personal space, and was incredibly close to me every time she would come to the table, which wasn't often. They weren't very busy, but the food took forever to come out. They left off half the ingredients of my husband's burger. We had to go take napkins off of another table, because there was no one to ask, and even though the waitress knew that the napkin roll was empty, she just left it. And I know she knew it was empty, because she picked it up and looked at it. We had to ask the kitchen staff that brought out our meal, to get a refill of our drink. And it was pretty chilly inside. I go in to pick up my order. I pay, leave a tip, and accidentally forgot to sign the receipt. Had a bit of a brain fart because I was working in 95 degree heat all day. The cashier pointed it out, so I signed it. No big deal. Laughed it off. Then, the moment I turn around, she says aloud to her friend, "What a weirdo." Well, excuse the fuck out of me that I made a dumb mistake. At least wait more than 2 seconds before talking crap. They said I should be able to do that at the podium, which I said there was no one there. They said they may be in the back, but they could take my order there. They handed me a menu and left. We were very excited to try out this new sports bar! Our first experience, yes, the service was a little slow. But they are brand new and learning. As a former server, I am forgiving of this. We have been back at least 4 times since then and the entire staff is doing a great job! The wings are so, so good!! They put Buffalo Wild Wings to shame! The pretzel bites with beer cheese are to die for! The beer is ice cold. The bartenders are friendly. The owner, Jim, is very friendly and talks to his customers and gets to know them. He always thanks everyone for coming in and when we leave we hear "see you tomorrow"? This is our new favorite hang out. If you haven't tried it yet, please do! Ordered a pint of Zombie Dust, IPA, and a Michelob ultra. We each had two beers. Surprised when the check came we were SHOCKED to see that we were charge $9.50 per pint for the Zombie Dust IPA. This is outrageous. Waitress said that there are no printed beer menus or QR code menus because they change.
