I kept it pretty basic for this visit. I tried the Bacon Cheeseburger meal (including sweet potato fries and a sweet tea). Everything tasted great and I actually got full. Today, I returned and politely explained the situation to the staff. I simply asked if they could provide an extra blue cheese this time due to the previous mistake. The cashier went to get the manager, Taylor, who informed me that I would need to have a "credit" on my account in order to receive the blue cheese dressing. She explained that I should have called the same day the mistake happened. I was honestly shocked by the response. As a returning customer who tips every visit, I expected a much better level of customer service and professionalism. I even asked if my tip could be refunded due to the poor service experience, and that request was DENIED as well. What's disappointing is this entire situation could have been resolved easily with a simple cup of blue cheese dressing. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The food may be good, but great restaurants also provide quality customer service and value loyal customers. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression on me. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good customer service alongside their food.
