UPDATE: So I wanted to update this review. After reading my review, Christopher, one of the owners, contacted me and wanted to make this right. So he delivered dinner to me and my family tonight. This man is top notch customer service and all around great guy. He delivered 2 pizzas, bbq wings, cheesy bread, cinnamon bread and soda. The food tonight was night and day from last week. The wings were amazing. Tangy and saucy and hot. The pizza was fresh, hot, and had the flavored crust on it, which I have to say was awesome. This was left off our pizza last week. The pizza is very cheesy and not short of toppings. One of the pizzas was an Asian flare and my husband loved it. The cheesy bread didn't even resemble last weeks mess. This one was bold, cheesy and yummy. No grease to be found! So the cinnamon sticks are my favorite. Holy cinnamon! So darn good and you get a big thing of icing with it. Yummy yummy! Excellent. So I have to say, I have never ever seen a manager/owner do something like this. Go out of his way to make it right and make a customer happy. This man is one of a kind. So we finally get our greasy bread, which had so much oil on it, you could feel your face get zits fast and your pours clogged right away. It was not good and just gross. The pizza was thin crust with mushrooms. It was like cardboard, swimming in sauce and yes after an hour wait, not hot. Total let down and not how I wanted my dinner. And you wonder how the wings were?? I couldn't tell you. Those never got finished or to my order. Yes, after an hour wait, they told us they weren't done yet. Seriously people! Don't open or take orders, if you can't handle it. I honestly have nothing good to say about this hole in the wall that won't survive. Get it together people or you won't survive Katy world. We ordered a large custom pizza for delivery. Glad we did! Ever have a pizza were you can't wait to eat the rest later? This is the pizza place! First off, the delivery was quicker than expected. That helps when you have a starving GF who randomly tells you she's "hungy". I like that the online ordering allows you to provide a tip!! I always feel guilty when I've ordered from other places because I never carry cash these days...and the drivers don't get the cash, but Zelle has been working just fine for them...but sometimes they don't have that. So this feature is nice! Last time I had the Cajun breading which was the bomb! We tried the garlic butter and it didn't disappoint! Pizza was still hot, the meats were on point and the cheese...on my god! The cheese was just bold with flavor and stretched when pulled (that's that good cheese!) Ordered a chocolate chip cookie tray, too. So damn delicious when it's hot. The pizza flavor was good especially for kids. We had the cheese crust which was different from other places. They messed up our pizza of cut from triangle slices to square slices so they made me another piece of pie. I had to wait for another 10 minutes to get the new pie. He was shocked when I told him about the other place charging for what has always been given freely with purchase. I have never heard of this place, but today I stopped in for lunch to give it a try. I ordered one of their lunch specials, a "sub". The person on the phone was very helpful and explained things well. The sub is similar to a papadia from Papa Johns. However, this us way way better. They put a good amount of toppings and cheese. I am not sure of the cheese blend they use, but it was delicious. The only downside is the recording on the phone says $5 lunch specials and they are actually $5.99. A bit misleading. I think my friends were more excited about Hungry Howie's opening up 3 minutes from my house than I was. I decided to give them a try since I was craving pizza. We gotta simple pizza and an order of wings. I had to call to ask to see if the wings come with ranch already or I had to order the little sauces myself - we had to order ranch ourselves for .69 each. That was already a turn off. I picked up my order and their customer service was top notch ! I read the reviews just to see what others had to say and there were a lot of complaints about service so I'm assuming they've resolved that problem. Three stars because it was honestly just average. Personally did not like the stuffed crust or the pizza in general. It was extremely doughy for my liking. The wings were probably my favorite. The sauces are all packaged in different sizes but all charged the same price. The marinara tasted really funky. It wasn't the regular tomato-y sauce you'd expect. It had an after taste that it probably was supposed to have but I didn't like it at all. I asked my boyfriend to rate it and he just straight up said he wouldn't come back. Ordered pizza online through their website. At 6:00pm by 7:15 pm their system showed no change. Called and they said it did not print ticket so it was never made. They would make our order a top priority. The pizza finally gets to us at 8:30pm and they say we owe them an additional $2.97 because it was charged wrong in their system. The pizza was average at best. It was not worth waiting 2.5 hours and getting charged additional money at delivery.
