Craving pizza last night and decided to try an old favorite. Same place however, noticed the pizza crust has changed. We ordered two large pepperoni and sausage pies for family of four. The crust was so light and airy, no grease in the pan, packed with flavor in a healthier way. Customer service was great as usual and the pie came out within 5 or 6 minutes after ordering. In the past we would have had to ask for to go boxes. Last night we were able to consume both pies and were full, not overfilled. Right amount of sauce to cheese ratio and plenty of garlic, cheese, and crushed peppers. Can't wait this long to go back, ask for Sam the owner and he was not in. Service : the service was great ! The register guy was funny and he answered all we needed to know to choose the pizza ! Ambiance: the ambiance is family oriented . They were not packed and it does have a nail shop smell lol I can't really explain lol but it didn't smell bad .. I just know that smell from always going to the shop The food : okayyy let's be real ! This is a nice mom and pop shop so please this isn't slander ..Infact please go and try it ! My experience is based on what I know for me . The pizza was 2-10 . Voted by 3 . The pizza was thin ( no prob) but was a little undercooked. Cheese slide right off . The bbq pizza was mid. Not the ingredients were bad .. the pizza just wasn't good to us . We spent quite a bit and didn't finish it because it just wasn't what we expected... The wings : the wings were good to an extent . We said fried hard but they were burnt( lemon pepper ones) lol some were super crunchy like break your tooth hard . The buffalo was our favorite and the lemon pep was cool . Wings 5/10. New York style pizza is cool maybe for those who love thin uncrispy pizza . I wanted to support and still show gratitude to a shop . I'm from Chicago soooo you got some competition! I remember why now I never go to Brooklyn Pizza Richmond, Texas off of Grand Parkway, when they first opened up, we used to go twice a week, but the past couple years haven't gone much at all. My wife wanted pizza and wanted to try it again, but here's a photo and a reason why I probably won't be back. My husband is on a Keto diet and he has been craving pizza. Brooklyn Pizzeria was already our favorite pizza place in Richmond however we hadn't been there recently because of my husbands diet restrictions. We decided to try their cauliflower pizza only expecting to curb his craving and were thrown by how delicious this pizza was. No weird aftertaste, the crust is crispy and holds up to the generous sauce, pepperoni and cheese; the only downside is it is only offered as a 12 inch pie and we could have eaten more between the two of us. They do well most of the time. A little pricey but not bad at all and usually consistent. Their drivers follow directions and are courteous. They're also not stingy with the crushed peppers and other condiments. Although I have yet to visit them in store, their delivery and general quality has always been consistent. Walked in and there weren't too many people inside: a small family and a few employees who were on break eating lunch. The young man who took my order was very professional and patient. I told him it was my first time there and he was patient while I decided and answered any questions I had regarding the menu. I ordered the Alfredo (White) Pizza and waited inside while my food was being made. This seems like a nice place to come, drink a beer or two and watch the game. The interior isn't extremely big, but there's probably 7-10 TVs inside and they sell a variety of bottled beer so perfect place to watch a football or soccer game. Over the past couple of weeks I have been ordering food from Brooklyn Pizza. I found this place in a google search and decided to try it. I am really glad I did. You can order and pay online for pickup or have your food delivered. They usually have dining, but no dining right now due to covid19. Their order process online is efficient. Your food is ready in about 15 minutes. This is a family owned business and the staff are very professional and friendly. . Foods I've tried and loved. Stromboli (you can customize them to add or take away certain meats and veggies). I prefer the stromboli over the calzone because it fuller and meaty. Chicken Florentine is flavorful. I did customize to add veggies and side of marinara to mix in. It came with garlic bread and side salad. It was a lot of food and I had leftovers. Toasted Ravioli is a nice appetizer. They give you 8 pieces with marinara sauce. Let me point out their marinara sauce is so fresh and tasty. Meatballs are covered in mozzarella and surrounded by their marinara sauce. Also a nice appetizer. Steak and cheese sub is really good also. It is toasted on italian sub bread. I do feel like there could have been more meat and veggies in the sub. Favorite dessert is the limoncello cake. It is really good, but a very small piece of cake. Too small to share...but by far their best dessert to me. It is light, sweet, and perfect lemon flavor. I have tried their chocolate mousse cake and it was shareable and rich taste....but limoncello is preferred between the two. I look forward to trying other items on their menu. read more

My girl friend got her nails done next door so I came to try. People of color...it's one of those places. I ordered a calzone and the first one the brought me was ROCK hard a charred. I was insulted. I was waiting for 30 mins and they served a full family before bringing me a complete burnt calzone. They fought me on replacing it and brought it with an attitude. Tried this place for the first time. We may be back. Pizza was ok not my favorite. I really felt like the sauce and crust had very little flavor. They were very generous on toppings. However we did order a Stromboli which was very good. Large and filled with goodness. Served with marinara on side which had much better flavor than the pizza sauce. Service was ok. We were the only people eating in the restaurant, but lots of people in and out with to go orders. All in all would order the Stromboli again but would probably pass on the pizza. read more

Well, Alex and Christian were right. This was our first time trying Brooklyn Pizzeria and Christian and Alex were working up front. They are both very friendly, and they said we would like their pizza and that we would be coming back. We will definitely be back. Can't beat the price, either. We got an 18" pizza with meatballs, pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese all for under $25. Also, my husband is so picky about pizza sauce that we usually order "light sauce" on our pizzas. I've been ordering Brooklyn pizza here on 99 between Mason and West Bellfort since they opened up a few years ago. I have never had any problems with the quality of the pizza and delivery time. The owner is very friendly and usually at the store. He has even delivered to me before. I grew up in New York so if you are looking for a New York style pizza in Texas this is your place! Soooo... this review is solely on the CS. Not the pizza, not the ambiance and not the bathroom. I'll leave a separate review about the food later. I may even include it on the bottom. Called in to place my order while 20 minutes away, phone was picked up by a lovely gal, and she asked she could put me on hold. Sure, I said - what else would or could you say? Anyway, got into my car and as I drove to the location (again, 20 minutes away remember) , I was hoping she would pick up to I could place my order. Keep in mind this is a weeknight around 7. Maybe they have a rush, lotta moms and dads coming off of work and a good quick bite is just the thing to appease the kids - you know, as a dad. Every now and then I would hear a click, "hello!?" Got lost by pulling into the wrong lot, then finally pulled up into the lot, parked and got out. As I walked into the Pizzeria, the gal picked up. I hung up as I walked to her and waved my phone, "that was me", I smiled. No 'Sorry' or no 'I apologize' either... it wasn't like the place was packed either: They had 2 parties dining in, one of 2 (couple) the other looking like a work meeting ran too long and they needed grub asap (4 people).
