I glanced at the menu once and already knew what time it was: "10 hot buffalo wings, extra sauce... and add the spicy fries, please." Listen. We ate the wings and fries, saved a few wings for the next day, and somehow they were even better paired with a nice cold Dr. Pepper. That's how you know they're good. Came back again on Christmas Eve and ordered the same thing. Once again... great wings, spicy fries, Dr. Pepper on deck. I was fully satisfied. Now, a quick service note. When the guy (with the AirPod in his ear) brought out our food, we noticed we had regular fries. I asked, "Are these the spicy fries?" He took them back to the kitchen and added the necessary ingredients to make them spicy, which I appreciated. That said, both visits the service was okay, but it could use some improvement. Greeting customers when they walk in would go a long way, and calling out names when orders are ready instead of bringing food out and waiting for someone to look up for the "your food is ready" signal would definitely make things smoother. We can highly recommend Tastee pizza and wings. They have all the standards pepperoni, sausage etc., if you want a real treat order from the Desi menu our favorite is the half beef bihari half chicken tikka its flavorful and spicy and loaded with fresh jalapeños. Over the past few months, every pizza I've ordered has been awful. So, when I was grocery shopping I was hesitant to try another shop (next to Kroger) who wouldn't make my pizza right but boy was I wrong. They made it perfect. I honestly thought the pizza at best was just okay enough to eat but after a couple of slices I was done. The pepperoni & sausage was at a level of domino's & I was expecting way better than that. I ordered food from here 6 or so times before coming in. The food is fantastic, easily one of the best wings I've had not just in the area, but in Houston. The bbq habenro ranch is incredibly good, with a great mix of sweet and spicy. The pizza has great combinations, with the desi style mixing with the American style pizza creating a unique and delicious blend of flavors. The chocolate cheese cake was moist, and just delicious, and they had fries that didn't get hard and crusty by the time I got home! And if you get your wings jumbo sized, well they definitely are not exaggerating with the name! Don't be fooled by the ordinary pizza-place look. Since I'm not from Texas, I was just expecting to come here for regular pizza and wings. This place has really good flavor, the pizza dough was not thick and had a good crunch to the crust. The chatpat pizza was spicy so beware. I liked that the pizza had onions and cilantro. The mango habanero wings were sweet and not spicy, depending on what your palette is, to me, it was good. The spicy fries were spicy! I was expecting like seasoned fries but they were actually large homestyle fries with spicy powder seasoning. The pricing is not expensive. The pizzas are around $10-$14 which is not bad for fusion food. Wings were like $10.99 for 10 which is a little more than a dollar per wing but they're huge! Absolute last time I've ordered from here. Ordered a meat lovers pizza and brought it home to find out it's their mirch masala mix meat pizza. Sad part is, this isn't the first time they've messed up my order.. I just decided to give it another shot today. Guy taking the order on the phone was very rude too. If you're unable to make something or possibly out of certain meats, just let your customers know. To top it off, they charged me for the price of the wrong pizza (more expensive obviously). Partially my fault since I was in such a rush, had a few minutes left for Iftar. I assumed everything would have been good... Learned my lesson. Terrible customer service, bad business practice. Tandoori chicken pizza may sound weird, but it's actually pretty good. The chicken is seasoned well and the jalapeños were spicy! This is a cheap, quick, and tasty halal option for a fusion pizza. The pizza itself cost $9.99 for a large and was just enough for 3 people.
