The workers in the back were moving slow and doing things inefficiently. We stood by the window to watch and see. A lady at about 8:35 said "what's the name for the order". She said 4 more minutes because they were waiting for the boneless wings in a not-so-nice way. 4 minutes go by, 4 more minutes, etc until, finally, at 8:50 we get our food.
